I really love this podcast. As someone who aspires to one day be on a worship team and serve, your transparency and vulnerability really helps me put in perspective what really matters and how to even deal with some insecurities and anxiety that try to flood me when all I want to do is obey Gods calling. You are real, and raw and honestly… quite frankly, a lot of what you spoke about this episode I was like “same. Same. Girl same! 🙌🏽” and being able to relate to someone you don’t even know personally is comforting and a reminder that you are not going through what you’re going through alone. There are others out there that can relate, and are all on the same mission to serve a God that is worthy of our worship and praise and try to lead his people back to the narrow path God has set for their life. We attend the same church, and when I see you on that stage leading worship, i wouldn’t be able to even tell that life is life…ing. You are up there focused on worship and praise and I can tell you lay it all out for God to take control. So this podcast really gives insight on how you aren’t just a worship leader on a stage serving, you are also human, with real battles to fight, with a real testimony, that just wants to obey and move forward with Gods calling on your life, and to allow others to have an inside scoop on what it really means to be a worship leader within the church.
