I've seen the one missing a hand do it a bit in their videos. I'm not super educated on their lil bears though, so it could be a quirk with one, as well. 😊

@@Asher9119I refused to stop that for so long that it deformed my jaw and my fingers on one hand. yet between that and a whole host of other things I do, everyone is STILL surprised I got diagnosed finally as a adult, after my son was diagnosed.
Owner: 'IT WAS A WELLNESS CHECK.'
Pet: (I don't care! It was a stranger!)
Pet: "THEY TOUCHED MEEE!!!"
These guys are so expressive . Their eyes and them communicating absolutely nothing could be more amazing . You are so fortunate to be able to rescue these angels. The wellness check hysterical 😊🤭✌️

Do you think their languages have similarities? It could be or it would be like Spanish and Greek that have the same accent but they don't understand each other.

Why do they put their paws in their mouth when they're in distress? They are so stinking cute but I can see how their care would be very overwhelming and costly. I wish people weren't so impulsive. The animals ALWAYS suffer for people's impulsive purchases.

kinkajou, also called a honey Bear. they're omnivorous arboreal caniforms closely related to racoons, both an offshoot of the progenitors of bears and often found eating honey combs for larva and sweets with their long tongue hence the name.

I’ve wanted one of these for a long time now but I’m smart enough to realize they are a tremendous amount of work and need specialized care thus they really don’t belong outside of a sanctuary or zoo or better yet, the wild because few people can manage their care responsibly. I’m glad they have what looks like an enriched environment with you and trust they also have appropriately sized & secure enclosures both inside and out as well as regular exotic veterinary care (which is SO expensive nowadays - my beardie just cost me $430 at the vet for a very small tail injury).
