You did well taking care of The Kingdom during January... it was a cold month for you, and survival is right, you worked hard to keep everything warm and operational.
@ yeah , I plowed it back as far as I could.. and got it piled up 6ft or so.. with a small snow plow.. need something more heavy duty.. or a blower on the back of a tractor.. -24.. feeling like -30.C here now.. got the wood stove cranking out the heat.. heats up to 2,300sq ft .. house is 1,100sq ft.
Mr. Barnes, I have a pair of Interstate batteries in my oldest pickup(1997 Dodge 2500 Cummins)that have been in there since I bought them in 2012. I use a battery tender every once in a while. They both still load test at almost 85% !
Hi Rod, Nice to see you. Doing any ice fishing? Get some egg shells and toss them in so you can see the bottom. We did it to spear pike. OK, good going everyone for surviving. Better days are coming. ben/ michigan

I recall the cold helped splitting wood, especially green. We burned everything, used green to slow the burn.
yes the colder then better for an easy split. we don't have much green wood here but lots of wet wood thansk
