I was dealing with a lot of suppressed grief about my two dogs who died last year of heart disease and cancer. The experience was like taking care of elderly people, but they’re your babies. And they died in my arms and I laid them in the ground and put up stones with their names on them. And I still lay flowers on their graves so they can see them in heaven.
My sympathies Cecily! I can only imagine the sense of loss and sadness you must be feeling. Sending love and may the love of your friends and family help you through this difficult sad time 😞

I tried to leave a comment last night or the night before I don’t remember the exact wording. I have been dealing with a lot especially sleep problems and finding your channel has changed my ability to sleep and rid myself of tension headaches. I do know I forgot to mention that you ASMR videos I have watched that actually give me the ASMR reaction, I didn’t think it was possible online for me. I am not one to leave a comment but I just needed you to know that I listen to and watch your videos (also meditate to your guidance sometimes two too three times a day, but at least one. Thank you, you give me hope and a calm sleep I haven’t had in years.

That was so important to me. It just made sense finally - I have felt such anxiety and unease for so long I have kept running away with the feelings with anxiety pills to get things done - pretending all is well - I can do everything and keeping all the balls juggling - proud that I can keep going even though my body is obviously hurting! I gave up a month ago pretending. I need to recover. I hate being stuck in the bed most of the time but if I try to do something for a while I just start shaking. So it's time to LISTEN to my body as long as it takes - my willpower is broken! So I found you, ASMR and reiki and it helps me so much. Sure, I want to be better NOW but after years of beating myself maybe it's time for a season of watching and waiting for spring to come? I don't know. But I trust Joanne. It's time to love and support our bodies instead of flogging them!

I am in a situation right now where my doctor is saying I need a certain medication for a physical illness and the insurance company says I'm not sick enough yet to get the medication. I tried to leave a comment last night or the night before I don’t remember the exact wording. I have been dealing with a lot especially sleep problems and finding your channel has changed my ability to sleep and rid myself of tension headaches. I do know I forgot to mention that you ASMR videos I have watched that actually give me the ASMR reaction, I didn’t think it was possible online for me. I am not one to leave a comment but I just needed you to know that I listen to and watch your videos (also meditate to your guidance sometimes two too three times a day, but at least one. Thank you, you give me hope and a calm sleep I haven’t had in years.

That was so important to me. It just made sense finally - I have felt such anxiety and unease for so long I have kept running away with the feelings with anxiety pills to get things done - pretending all is well - I can do everything and keeping all the balls juggling - proud that I can keep going even though my body is obviously hurting! I gave up a month ago pretending. I need to recover. I hate being stuck in the bed most of the time but if I try to do something for a while I just start shaking. So it's time to LISTEN to my body as long as it takes - my willpower is broken! So I found you, ASMR and reiki and it helps me so much. Sure, I want to be better NOW but after years of beating myself maybe it's time for a season of watching and waiting for spring to come? I don't know. But I trust Joanne. It's time to love and support our bodies instead of flogging them!
