Great work mate!!! You deserve a lot more recognition. You are enjoyable to watch, production has good fluidity & perfect amount of time to showcase your teachings👌🏼
Indeed, I've been always trying hard to figer out how the top of bonsai is made. It looks so simple when you style this perfect round top. Could you show us some other examples as well, in detail, please. Thank you very much
Sono italiano e mi è capitato x caso di seguire il tuo video veramente interessante.continua così, cercherò di seguirti ancora, you are a good artist😁👍
After unfortunate fungus attacked on my spruce tree I cut out all the branches then I applied organic turmeric powder on the tree to kill fungus, I changed soil I washed tip to root then dip it in the turmeric water then repot it ... now let’s see if the tree sprouts back or not ...
For whatever it is worth (or not), I think the tree would have a more interesting design if you move the apex to the left (the tree's right) so that it does not appear directly in the middle of the tree. The lower left defining branch should be lengthened and the lower branches on the right (the tree's left) need to be compressed so the tree's foliage flows right to left. All of this would result in a far more asymmetric tree that would make for a more alluring style.
Nice and informative video! I would like to turn a garden center spruce into a bonsai and planned to thin out the branches and repot now in fall. It is my first bonsai. The tree looks healthy, but I was wondering if cutting branches and repotting at the same time may be too much for the tree to handle. Do you have any tips on repotting? Can you do a lot of root-pruning with spruce trees or should one be more careful? Thanks for your help and posting your nice videos! Philipp
Styling and repotting at the same time is very stressful for the tree. Especially for old yamadoris. Even though a garden tree might survive I would left it to recover one growing season!
Why you are sorry? 😊 You just expressed your feelings, your taste and there is nothing to be sorry about. Every one has his or her own taste and I respect that. For me the tree is beautifull as it is. Thanks for watching!
I really appreciate your videos and how clear and descriptive you are.

@@Torabonsaischool Thanks! I stuck to only repotting today, and will be doing the first styling in a year.
magnifique la mise en forme
Tnx!
Thank you for the good video. I think my bonsai tree is dying and I am not sure how to replenish the soil and tree. Any chance you have suggestions?
Tree can die for thousands of reasons ... Join the local bonsai club and start learning! 😉
@@Torabonsaischool Was hoping there was a procedure documented on best way to re-soil to improve the health of tree.
With re-soil you mean re-poting?
@@Torabonsaischool Replacing existing soil with new soil to rejuvenate tree.
That we call re-potting. Yes, I dedicated a few videos also to this topic. Here is one of them: ua-cam.com/video/4V3qB05N8_I/v-deo.html
😍
the tree is very nice, but i don´t like the the white parts.. it´s not natural.. sorry about it but natural is much nicer..
