I've been studying tricks for 40 years. I have figured out some of the most complicated magician tricks ever done. This one baffles me. He never forces a dang thing. Isn't touching the deck to the dribble. It's a real deck... even if everything else is manipulated by the master magician holding the deck, I can't get past the dribble grab. My favorite thing is that feeling that magic just maybe is real. This is close to giving me that feeling. AMAZING work. THANK YOU from a grateful old man.

One way I think it is possible is if both are involved in the trick. Jeremy picks AH and his friend has one hidden below the black table which he picks on top of his hand with between two fingers when he makes the last and final attempt. Him missing the first attempt, Jeremy showing cards etc. is all mis direction..

    1. These guys are working together (as we know) it's not a complete guess in which card, they've agreed to whereabouts Jeremy will be placing the card during the dribble.
Its not too hard for them as they are both professionals. It probably only took them a handful of times to get it right.
The only misdirection is that Jeremy acted surprised 😁

Ive been studying tricks a while now and im a bit "not sure" with this! With all the greatest respect to you both!!! I could never do anything like this but what i saw here Jeremy was you pick a card but when you double checked it,the card seemed very low down as you held the cards,so that would mean the card would come pretty quickly, but it never!Im sure you both been so great at what you do would see my point of view here!!! Two main differences between this trick and the one from P&T are:
      1. Kostya knew the position of the card (he really practiced grabbing a card from a specific position in the deck by rushing through the alphabet)
      2. Kostya even with a lot of practice sometimes (and also in the P&T performance) grabbed more than 1 card, because his method only gives him an estimation of when to reach into the spring

This is actually a pretty easy trick but very well executed. They are both are in on it. Even before the trick starts they decide the card will be a 'Ace of hearts'. The magican tells him to have a look if his card is still there...but thats only so the other guy knows where the card is. Then he tells him to 'dribble' and the magican has a look at where the card is...its somewhere at the upper end of the deck. Then he tells him to 'spring' and he knows where exactly to grab it. Again the trick is simple but amazing execution.

I think the video is shot in two parts. The card pick from the drible in the second half of the trick is shot first. He picks whatever card comes from the drible and shows. Then the first half of the trick is shot, where he choses that specific card and says he selected a card.
Then the first shot video showing the second half of the trick is appended to the second shot video which shows the first part of the trick carefully without we noticing a cut in the picture.

I think i got a hint of the trick. First of all they both are involved in the trick and the Ace of heart is the chosen one. But the trick starts when he dribbles or spring. Watch when he dripples, he makes sure to show the card to his partner and the dribble was a bit faster and the gab between the cards while dribbling was less. It was part of the plan. But when he spring, again he makes sure to slightly show the card to his partner which makes it easy for him to pick the Ace and this time you can see that while he springs, he made sure to leave a bigger gap between the cards which makes his partner easy to grab the ACE.. I am sure it was a multiple try as well. 😁
    I hope the explanation helps.

Of all your tricks , this one is my favorite. Even if he knows the card how he grabs is nuts

Its similar to that one on got talent where someone throws the deck in the air like he just dont care and then preselected card gets caught by a knife

I took screen shots of the cards going down as he picks the card, just before he picks the card you can see its an ace of hearts or diamonds, so this guy really picks the right card. You can also see all other cards are random.
My conclusion is what most of the people in the comments are making, the card was chosen before hand and he tried so many times until he got it right. That is the only way, and as a magician himself, he must have agreed to it to make it look more amazing. So he was in it too.

    The only logical explanation:
They are both on the trick , he did a first attempt to grab the card but he missed , then he made it easier for him to catch it by giving wider space with the cards!
If that is not it , than magic is real !

Even at slow mo, he’s actually pulling out the card from the deck ..
You can see the ace of hearts , and his hand is empty.. and he pulls it out .. this is not magic, he’s really pulling that card out . I would believe it’s a set up, it was put at a certain count, and with lots of practice he pulls it out

That was a cool drop onto his partner's thigh (the card certainly wasn't in the deck at the time he asked him to confirm that it's still in there)...and a swift flip from his palm to create the illusion of picking from the lot.
    Really cool.

Ok actually very impressive! He failed to pick the card the first time and they did it again shows that this wasn’t a set up. 👏🏼 👏🏼

I have a smidgen of an idea how this was done. But I'll say it took me slowing it down 200%, and zooming in. But my initial assumption was correct. Absolutely an amazing trick.

I think they worked together. 1st guy pretended to think and picked the Ace but they already agreed on it. The 2nd guy hold the same card in his all the time. And he just pretended to pick it when the deck springed.
