It would be helpful if you can incorporate more 50-mins sessions with 10 mins break in between. I find myself just getting into the groove after 20 minutes, but it would already be break time! I found out that the perfect thing to do in the 5min break is to have that little chat with u and enjoy the scenery and the vibe...I was someone deep diving into the fantasy world and all the imaginary thing we see these days, but your videos made me really appreciate the real world with it's struggles and problems and little time when we feel happy (even if it's a little),it's truly beautiful .
