I move my bat up and down mid air as I feel it helps me improve my batspeed when the bowlers running in, I stand quite upright then have a back and across movement and get lower.

I have problem with trigger moment i cant do that again when i do today i tried many many in trigger moments in last few yr but still couldnt settle one for me every day is new batting style

is it ok to do trigger movement when facing medium fast bowlers that bowls at the speed of 90 to 105 kmph only
and my age is 12 i am a right hand batsmen
should i use trigger movement or i should stand still .
