- Some days its your day and some days it ain't. Learning the bundler this year so we are better at it next year. Running the Case 830 on the Arcusin C14. Had some issues with breaking bales. Tension was high. And its also important to make sure there is enough space between each bale as they come up on the table. This is day two or three of baling, bundling and putting away bales. Thanks for watching!
Love the videos! Keep up the good work! Especially the baling videos!
Cant go wrong with drone shots!!!
They sure do give another perspective !
The Bale Bandit uses a chain like that on both the primary in and vertical up elevator..The speed at which it transitions the bale into position for placement in the bundle was very rough.......Usually any problems that occur with the Baron..are self inflicted.....
Yeah we made some 40+ inch bales and they were real rough going around the corner
Hahaha, Just thought of something, instead of Paul you should be Re-Pete. Hahaha. I may be over tired and doped up on pain killers but I thought it was funny!
Hahahaha I’m going to keep that in mind to see how to mix it in. Hah pain killer brain storming
We run 440 twine on both the baler and bundler and can go as tight as we want with no bale's breaking
Damn, 440 on small square bales ?
Yep it works really well on our 1839 Massey and we find it Misses less ties it missed 2 ties in 4500 bale's
@@aidenkoster6427 wow, never even thought of that. No issues going through knotters?
No, no problem in the knotters I think it works better with the bigger twine and customers like it better because it's easier on the hands the only problem is you always have to replace the twine but it's doable
