Her musical intellect is staggering. Not only can she sing beautifully in any different style, her understanding of material from any generation and how to interpret it is mind boggling. She must be inhaling all kinds of music day and night. GENIUS!
Yes, and at her on-line Christmas concert Gregg Field (8 time grammy winner) said "You have a gift for storytelling like the greatest singers we worked with, certainly Bublé, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Luther Vandross. Basically they were wired so whatever they said, they meant. Frank famously said: “I never let my singing get in the way for my story telling”. And I was really impressed, you have got a natural musical ability, but for me it´s the ability to tell a story and you do it so organically and effortless and you are such a giant talent"

Nick I was the one who donated, during your livestream a few weeks ago, to have you react to this remarkable performance. For me, Angelina is the ultimate crooner here. She makes me believe that all the greats from decades past, got together in heaven to create her. Nick you couldn't even remember that she was only 13 years old here. They will have to use all original videos when the movie of Angelina's life is made because it would be impossible to find any young girl to portray her. Angelina is one in 10 billion.

I like all types of music but most vocalist don’t draw me in and entice me to stay to the end of the performance. After catching one of the multitude of performances on the internet by Angelina I was hooked to the nth degree, and I had to feed my addiction. I had to listened to each and every performance over and over again even though some were songs I did not care for in the past. When Angelina Jordan, the once in a lifetime prodigy, performs her ART she takes the mundane and makes it ethereal. I don’t know how she does it but please, AJ, carry on.

Angelina Jordan is like a Siren from Greek mythology. She puts you in a trance with her voice....you are drawn into her world and oblivious to everything around you. But, instead of being dashed on the rocks by the Sirens, she draws you into her warm embrace. Great reaction!

singing jazz at 1-1/2, during an appearance on The View
with Rosie O'Donnell, I was dazed to say the least. Then
proof of it was posted on You Tube and I had to become
a believer that she is the most unique child prodigy singer
I have ever heard of. Here, she transports you to a time
when jazz ruled the airwaves, and I love this 'hairdo' that my
mother emulated when she went out with friends in the
1940's to dance to music by the Big Bands that frequented
the Roseland Ballroom in NYC. She especially loved Angie's
song '7th Heaven', an original by her that my mother associated
with an old style of jazz called 'Swing'. It's truly awesome and
something you should listen to if you haven't already.
She stands on the shoulders of musical giants. She has no equal IMO. 13 here not 15 btw.

It’s what you’ve seen many times before: her original and unique musicality, her voice chosen to fit the song and style, her brand new take on an old standard, and her gorgeous, rich, resonant tone. Angelina, I believe, puts a lot of thought into her opening lines. She wants us to snap to attention that we’re going to hear something we’ve not heard before. She’s been doing that since she started at seven. It’s no longer necessary to mention her age. She is the complete package-absolutely incredible musical talent and delivery. But be ready for Angelina to get better and better.
Like you I am obsessed, she is a visitor from some other planet! In this song she is just plain showing off to those of us who understand range and inflection... a demonstration at 16 that she has a total vocal package that seems nearly limitless and a wonderful intellect that seems to have sat on the writers' shoulder as the song was written. I am 67 years old, have spent most of my life in and around the industry and in clubs seeing the real deals - this girl is magical, almost limitless, whatever captures her attention she can do and now she is writing too! For God's sake Music Industry, stay the hell out of her way and don't spoil this! I find myself wanting to throw out vocal challenges for her and watch her blow them away, like sing some Shirley Horn for me darlin'... she would work on it and crush it, she already has a feel for slow tempos.

Your my favorite person to listen to for reactions. And to add your very intelligent and have a fine musical sense. So? Consider this , I have come to the conclusion that AJ amongst her many gifts was also given the ability to become any and every singer whom she covers but the twist is that she is the better version of said singers. Which is why we hear bits of the song she is singing to sound like the original artist as well to add the many voices she has learned at her disposal which she will add wherever she chooses on demand with ease.
This is my summation of the mystery of her 1000+ voices, it's as if the creator decided to give her on loan the highest level 0f every musical gift that a human can hold and made her a genius to boot so she could have the intellect to manage these gifts. Is why she is unlike anyone else, is why she will be u duplicated and will someday be placed with the Bach's, Mot arts , etc...

There’s a lot of shaking of heads when Angelina puts out something new, - and we keep on listening, mostly on repeat to catch all the nuances she is able to put in even the simplest of songs. The first time I heard it I thought the exact same as you, she sounds like an adult.
But now that I know her voice more and have heard her 15 almost 16 yo voice I can hear the "young" in her voice. I'm sure that when I'm used to her 20 yo voice years in the future I'll hear the "young" in her 16 yo voice :)
Doesn't mean that I don't think that she sounded just as good as any adult then (or better to be fair) but compared to her more recent vocals you can hear the difference when you're very used to it.

Just one thought about that "she is just a child". When you look at a lot of photos when she stands close to other people when she is 13 years old (for instance Heidi Klum, Avril Lavigne, David Foster and others, as well as the video when she meets the reactors "React to the World") it seems that she was already around 185 cm tall (6'1"). Wouldn't that mean that her vocal cords and resonance cavities are of proportional size and she therefore would have the ability to reach the low notes like a grown, tall, woman? Perhaps one can even say that at the the age of 13 she was already a grown woman?
