      It is a small town and maybe things came in in the Trial that we are unaware of and why the jurors gave the verdicts that they did. I think they would all also know more information on what happens truly at those parties. Maybe his next wife even went to school with him. Who knows?

      Why did hundreds of women write love letters to Scott Peterson? Why are there so many prison inmates in for murder who have women marrying them while they serve their life sentences ? There are scores of low-tier women who just want to be chosen. They'll lay down with anything and accept any behavior just to "keep a man."

    David is obviously a controlling husband. He says that she snuck out , why would a grown adult woman a mother have to sneak out ? Couldn't she come and go as she pleased ? He then says they had not slept together in yrs , but you know we were very happy. No David, I do not know of any man or woman who would agree with that statement. He also admits to watching the friends house and activities. And she had moved on, filing for divorce

Swinger's have always been a thing and always will, even if you think it's wrong we just hear about it now because people are more open to share and post stuff on social media. Yeah, the only red flag I saw when her husband was rambling with the police were in HIS behavior. She "snuck out"? He "caught her"? That reminds me of my abusive ex. Bill and Kathy may have been swingers, but if they were, Karen was fine with it. They were helping her get away from her abuser, imo. Nothing wrong with being swingers, if everybody is a consenting adult, it's nobody's buisness. And if she was "letting loose" around them, she was being super responsible, she was making sure she wasn't driving drunk, and arranged ahead of time to be safe, and staying with people she trusted.

      @sarahwales6276 no, you misunderstood my comment. As a married man of 40 years to a great woman my comment is exactly what I meant. If I caught her in a situation such as that I would simply file for a divorce. Any man that doesn't do that is a sign of weakness or he's just as bad as her. And any man who hits a woman let alone kill a woman us not a man. Unfortunately with today's youth they don't understand what the true meaning and a commitment to a significant other is

    obviously, the hubby is a very unlikable guy, however, there's not one shred of evidence that he committed the murder. I simply don't understand how they could've even arrested him & charged him with murder his wife. The police absolutely nothing to link him to the murder. I also didn't think it was fair to have like a layer cake of charges going & going all the way from murder in the first degree second degree on a so forth and then all the way down to manslaughter ! I also believe that the wife is a complete and total scumbag going around hot tubbing & getting drunk, constantly with other married couples while there are kids at home. This woman was completely out of control and there's no telling who killed her, but it damn sure wasn't her husband, and apparently 12 jurors completely agreed that he had nothing to do with premeditating her death.

    • @sarahwales6276
      @sarahwales6276 15 днів тому

    Its so odd hearing him talk about his full grown adult wife "sneaking out." He doesn't own her any more than she owned him. I don't think there was anything untoward happening between the friends, it sounds harmless to me. I think she was probably having fun and maybe pushing the boundaries a bit. Nothing like he was perceiving. I don't blame her after being controlled for so long. I think he's guilty but I wouldn't have been able to convict him....way too much reasonable doubt unfortunately.

    If there was cellphone data back then, like there is now, I think this would be more cut and dry. Unless someone just outright confesses, no one will be convicted of her murder. Husband is a baseball stadium of red flags, the situation is a tale as old as time, but there isn't any evidence, including circumstantial, that is "the smoking gun".
