@@prankbear7362 bevor ich mit dem Training angefangen habe, hab ich auch so gedacht wie du. Ich habe niemals vor, mit Stoff nachzuhelfen und ich will auch niemals so massiv aussehen. Ich kann soviele Muskeln auch nicht gebrauchen als Ausdauer- und Kampfsportler. Du hast recht mit "verarsche der Natur" weil ja nur der Muskel stärker und größer wird, aber die Knochen und Sehnen schwächer bleiben. Ist auch gefährlich sich was zu reißen, vorallem wenn man "schwer und falsch" trainiert. Warum nimmt man all diese Nachteile in Kauf, noch dazu das Potenzrisiko? Weil Bodybuilding in der Form sein Leben ist. Darum versucht er ja die Form auch weiter zu halten, obwohl er schon 10 Jahre von der Bühne weg ist. Ich finde es toll, wenn jemand seine Leidenschaft 100% verwirklicht, Tag für Tag, Jahrzehnte lang. Auch wenn ich selbst mit so einem Körper überhaupt nichts anfangen kann.

Everybody talks about he had no Triceps. When you stop at 2:08 and 2:31 I dont see he had less Triceps. Maybe it was a Weakpoint but not such a big that you see it in every Pose.
He is build in Germany.He is not meant to quit.He still obviously used some Muscle enhancment methods but he never stoped. he had to slow down the steroids but you cant stop otherwise you risk death if you do so from one day to another. Thats why I respect him and I love what he doeas beacause its his passion.

I agree my Brother from Greece ! Markus was a Genetic Robocop ! Widest Shoulders ever. If he had a american Passport he would have collected Olympic Championships like Jay Cutler ! He was for 5 Years more massiv and muscular than Jay and Ronnie with less Problems on his Form and Shape.. He beat all best Bodybuilders one or two times on Classics and Olympia but the Judges fu.... him.
I would love to see him come back in and win a much deserved Mr Olympia title some of the contest back in his younger days I believe he should have won he was going up against a whole lot of beast back then.

The difference from when he was competing to then was crazy, he was trimmed down a lot but looked very healthy still, and looked great. Was probably 50-60lbs lighter. Doesn't look like a guy that's gonna be dying soon, in fact looks like he could live to a good age.. In saying this though, this was a few years ago, maybe 4-5 actually.
