Happy new year (even tho it's not midnight yet but we have all the time to say that during January) I have to say that this cover was unexpected of you, never thought you'd be covering a catchy happy song like this haha, you and blazeking did so well on this, his art is improving all the time and always amazing, he's really talented, and your tuning of Aro is the best, you handled that wide ranged song pretty well, it was true when I saw someone complaining about this song starting at the bottom of their range and going up til the end haha, well it's a Miku one originally so of course it has to go high I guess, she's quite made for those high notes ... I'm wondering but "weekender wuf" sound a bit odd since the f is kinda mute, I don't know how engrish work and how utau work but couldn't something like "wurufu" worked to get something like "wolf" ? Not that i'm complaining, "weekender wuuu" definitly sound like he's really enjoying singing this, can definitly imagine him dancing on this song haha You're definitly full of surprise and always surprise us, the first cover of 2020 might not come soon but i'm pretty sure we'll all be really surprised, maybe you already have something in mind ... I kinda found it... cuter, to say "wuf" instead of "wurf" (since in this case that "r" would be relatively hard to make sound like an "L" followed by a single "f" without it sounding very, uh.... not human). Now... The "f" sound is actually pretty loud (for an "f" from Aro anyways), but something about the BGM just drowns it almost entirely and I guess it mostly sounds like "wu" or "wuh", tho you can hear what he's actually saying the last time he says "Weekendah Wuf", where the BGM is super low Now... the whole "woufi" thing. You see, there's actually no "wu" sound in Japanese (as far as I know, or at least, definitely not in UTAU), so... "wu" is actually made by a "wo" shortened enough that only the "w" sound comes out followed by a quick "u". I... found it surprising, honestly, that it managed to sound like "wu" relatively naturally, buuuut, I guess it worked. Also, it's not an actual "wo", like "を", since Aro doesnt have that, plus it'd sound mostly like a single "o" if he did; it''s actually "uo" or "うぉ", which seems to actually be a thing in UTAU so... yay for that. Now, why "fi" instead of "fu"? Well... Aro's "u fu" actually sounds like a haaaaaaard "hu", like, no "f" sound at all, yet... seems "u fi" actually has a pretty strong "f" sound for Aro, which... I found pretty darn surprising, soooo, that's how that "wuf" was born. A tad too bad the "f" is still barely audible but eh, it'ssss something~ Forcing it to sound even louder than I did actually made it sound... pretty bad somehow (mostly because enhancing the "f" sound also means enhancing the "u" sound right before the "f" which makes it be like a sudden louder "u" before the "f" and that's just... not pleasant sounding) Relatively long explanation, buuuuuut, there it is! Andddddd happy new year to you as well~
@@Landy25N It was actually really understandable and smart from you, lot of testing got something nice, I guess everything can't be perfect all the time and as I said, it's still really cute and good, afterall it's always hard to make an utau sing in engrish, most of the time in doesn't make sense in the lyrics since it's all Japanese that sound like English, and knowing from what you said that Ago voicebank can be quite a mess you did an amazing job on this

I usually just say I don't take requests :\ Anyways, basically, I guess you could say I take recommendations? But not really requests per say, if that makes sense

It's a great cover, but I'm pretty sure JubyPhonic makes translyrics (making a version that's singable in English rather than an actual translation in Japanese), so wouldn't it be better to use the translations from vocaloid lyrics wiki?
Well, I compared JubyPhonic's translyrics with the wiki's direct translation, and... I kinda found the wiki's pretty... lacking in comparison, while JubyPhonic's kept the original meaning plus sorta wording it better (plus being singable too ofc), soooo, went with that
