- While away overseas in Hong Kong and China, the staff of Live Fit Apparel put together a surprise video for CEO Randall Pich to reflect on their journey with the company. Only a handful of the staff were interviewed due to their busy schedules. Some have been with the company for a few months, some have been with him since he started the company from the ground up. Though they all have different journeys and experiences, there is one clear journey that they all share with one another: the journey of work ethic, passion and the undeniable feeling of family at Live Fit Apparel. Randall has not only created a successful business, he has changed the lives of all of his employees- giving them an opportunity to wake up daily with a desire to grow not only with the company but in their lives- to be the best version of themselves. Anyone can be a boss, but only a few are destined to be a leader like Randall. More than a brand, more than a business; Live Fit Apparel is a a lifestyle- a family.

I fuckin love this, and I fuckin love Randall. Who the fuck has enough faith, enough love, and enough depth of vision to talk about a kid who works with him, jumping out of his parents' old mini van, being a future millionaire by the time they're in their mid 20's. That's real committment, real confidence, and real family right there. Where else do you find this kind of CEO and this kind of company and this kind of bond, you can't. I love this. Randall is the man. I discovered LVFT early last year through social media and was instantaneously moved by not only the brand vibe, but his brand story and culture. It's something I've always been interested in pursuing, and it's definitely motivated me! I had the pleasure of meeting Randall, Pham, and some of team LVFT at the Toronto Pro Super show and they're all incredibly humble and down-to-earth. Tons of respect to his story and brand!

I love this video. So many entrepreneurs love to say they 'did it all by themselves'. But without an amazing team behind you, it's difficult for a person to scale the business.

I was the last person in line with my girl and the securitys where like no more pics and then I saw u and ask u for a last pics and your like hell yea man and told me I have to take a last pic with LVFT crew cuz you where living but you will take the time to take pics with your fans anytime that right there man the was so fucken koo.
