No, I don't see it. Note that charts can have sections that are easier than its actual level during less intense sections to serve as a "break". But there are some sections that I definitely should _not_ be seeing in 10+s.

If they remove the stupid jack section in the middle (it's mainly stupid for thumb players), then I could see this rated as a 10.9 or an 11.0. The intensity of the song doesn't determine what counts as a break. That's based on the choice of the charter.

I might as well put my thoughts on the chart. 0:28 the blue arc is slightly misplaced, you can see it going up 1:19 The four hold here, while it isn't really a problem it's gonna be weird to play for thumb players, because they'd have to quickly switch their thumbs to the hold notes instead of the arcs. Overall, I think the chart difficulty is around Grievous Lady level imo. I see that you were mimicking Dantalion's patterns, but some of the jumps and note placings can be hard to read on first try and is quite hard to do. In my opinion, 11.3cc in lowiro's terms.
