12:09 the explanation about how you dodges everything :D Well you are still a god to be focused so much and dodges like 99% of these attacks from all different monsters, this is very impressive!! Thank you for sharing so much! Very nice run!!
@@Deaga ohh you mean you redid the quest everyday for a week? I don't think I would have the patience haha. I like to just do the rotation from the bingo card for the afflicted monsters :) Are you fishing for RNG with the monsters' attacks?
@@polochonvmh9859 yeah, that I think Auroracanth is one of the harder afflicted, she kicked my ass for quite a while. Khezu too tbh LOL, those neck attacks have some wonky hitboxes
@@Deaga I KNOW Aurora Som hits like Rajang that is crazy! And it is not easy to use the counter against it with the SA because it runs behind and delay attack a long time, or straight up attack you from the front. At least Rajang is upfront with its attacks. Khezu is super hard to read. It feels like that for quite a lot of "lower" monsters. Like Lagombi, Baggi, up until Mizu. I feel I am forced to do one attack and see what they do and back off 90% of the time. they are still fun monsters, but I am tempted to learn lance to react dynamically to these fast hard to read monsters.
This looks really fun compared to the counter spam. I was thinking of having a limited moveset because I don't like the rise gameplay loop so much. Thanks for the idea doge! And ggs, I always get shreded by somnacanth and auroracanth. Nice to see your creative counters to their moveset. "Oh belly flop is coming? Jump a mile up and counter." Your switch axe always looks the best, not nearly as much rng "good move" farming and just zsd spamming like I see other runners do. It looks more entertaining to see the weapon swinging instead of well... not lol. Anyway, sorry for the rant and, g'day or somethin'.
Excellent run! Interesting rule set too, I'm surprised you decided not to use Crit Boost either. I have to ask, was Evade Window 5 necessary to get all those evades cleanly as well as more consistently trigger Adrenaline Rush, Status Trigger, and Bladescale Hone?
EW5 was mostly a freebie from wanting to run Adrenaline Rush (+3 on Lucent arms), Elemental Exploit (must run Silver Sol Chest) and Buildup Boost (must run one of Risen Mizuha Chest, Arms or Legs; since Chest and Arm armor are already taken, this means running Risen Mizuha Greaves which give +2 EW) simultaneously
@@Deaga Ah, so EW5 was a byproduct of your set. Have to ask, will you do any more runs using this ruleset? This ruleset definitely feels unique compared to others.
@@strawberryshortcakes7645 I don't think, I'm a legit counter simp. I find it so fun! This was an interesting challenge but counter going brrr just feels better

Nice moves. Pleasure to watch and will be coming back to build this set.
This run just proves that deaga is the best switch axe user! Awesome run!
Best is a bit of a strong choice of word. I prefer "a" (IE "Deaga is a switch axe user")
You're right, Canta uses switch axe too.
