What a joy this performance is, I have just sat through Lang Lang butchering the same piece this is as the composer intended, it contains both passion and yet retains an air of the whimsicality one usually associates with the piece.

every once and awhile when i was little my family and i would turn off all the lights in the house, lay down on the living room floor and blast the stereo system and take turns playing our favorite classical songs. i was like 8 when my mom chose this one one night & it completely changed the way i thought about music. still remember it like it was yesterday

tengo 21 años, desde mis 9 años he tenido el anhelo de poder aprender a tocar el piano y por falta de recursos mis padres no me ayudaron, es tan hermoso poder apreciar esta obra de arte, me esforzare y prendere a tocarlo. Gracias por compartir este video me encanto tu interpretacion.
Puedes aprender con pocos recursos. Solo debes buscar los métodos adecuados.

this is one of the greatest examples to make people understand what music is. what is music? It is a universal language to transfer countless different human emotions and moods. that melody is in a mood. isn't it? why? do you know why that is? it is certainly not in a sad or frightened mood. that melody is telling a story, with moods and emotions. I don't understand how come that 99% of people don't even think about the miracle, that music is. that is what I call ignorant stupid arrogance. gosh how I hate most of all humans.
