I recently upgraded from a 2007 Honda Pilot to a 2011 Honda Pilot. Both EX-Ls. These are excellent reliable family cars. I was forced to upgrade after some jackass t boned us. My 2007 had 198K miles and was still running flawlessly. My new-to-me 2011 has 120k miles and It's awesome!!
My aunt and uncle have a 2010 Pilot LX 4X4 in this color (Deep Cherry Pearl) but it has a Tan Cloth interior. I like how spacious it is and how quiet it is.
The Pilot is awesome you get all the room of the other big crossovers but its smaller and much more manageable in tight spaces. And it's a Honda so it will last
Parents have that car. Same color but Beige interior. Only complaint i would have is the engine. Its good and decent does the job but a V8 would just be way better. Might even improve fuel economy since it wont have to work as hard to haul such a big car. But none the less its a real good car, and besides oil changes the car never needs to be maintenance. Oh and the trunk is real small with all three rows up. Not a lot of luggage fits but lots of front leg space and back first back row space

i feel that the older gen pilot was much more attractive looking. this new one looks more boxy, industrial and kind of reminds me of the interior of a work vehicle, like a Ford E-series van. The 2007 and newer Acura MDXs, however, are another story lol :D. I hope you can review some newer Acuras; they've definitely gotten more advanced over the years. Maybe not BMW-advanced, but advanced nevertheless.. and still reliable!

I move cars a lot between our different dealership lots and one thing I have noticed with the Pilot is that the area where my right knee is while I am driving is hard and uncomfortable. The way the dash is designed there does not leave any knee room for a person, and I am only about 5'11. That is something that really bothers me when I drive Pilots.

Haha yeah. We had an old 94 Corolla and most of the materials on the dash and upper part of the doors were some sort of rubber or vinyl and it was in the worst shade of grey. Was a good little car though, probably the cheapest to run and maintain we've ever had.
I don't get the reasoning behind putting small engines in heavy vehicles. To get anywhere the engine has to rev high and burn more fuel. The Pilot would do wonders with a V8.
@extremepsychogamer I'm actually a male. For me I like simple, but nice looking cars. I live in Australia so I can't really see the cars you mentioned and the Pilot, but from videos like this and images I find on the Internet I like what I see in the Pilot.

At 4:12 you said it is FWD yet the title says 4WD and the badge on the car says 4WD
I have a friend who has one but its the basic trim level. Not really a fan but its a Honda so I suppose they're pretty reliable.

You say FWD but during the view of the back of the car the label clearly says 4WD...
