I had to double check, I had a new guy hold the pads, this guy wasn't just smothering my punches, this guy straight up swings the thai pads full force into my punches, felt my wrist crack and it's sore af. I usually clinch my fist just before making impact with the pad, but when the guy swings the pad forward 2' I didn't expect it so I didn't fully clinch my wrist in time. Won't train with that guy again.
