I’m at 14.5 minutes for a 1.5 miles, and 29 minutes for 3 miles. Small sprints have helped me. Any day now, as a matter of fact I’m getting out of bed and gonna run now, 715am pst.
Do you know if 4 months is a good amount of time to train for bootcamp? I can barely run a quarter mile, wondering if that's ample time to work up to that 1.5 miles under 13 mins required.

Everybody is different so I can’t speak for your experience. But I’d say it’s possible but is highly dependent on your work ethic and commitment.
If I fail my running part of my PT is there any alternatives I could do or will then hold me back ?
