Joaquin Torres is a tool card that is broken for bounce deck but how much we can put him into good use? This deck might be the answer, altho it is very hard to find him on this video, but i can assure you that it will be broken if played properly. Silver Sable, Rocket, Hawkeye, Ice man, Nico and The hood is all eligible for Torres to play the effect twice at turn 4,5,6 and you can deal massive power for winning any location easily.
