Such a scam would never have been possible without the support of the government. Billions of rupees transactions are one of the reasons behind this incident and those who are involved are the education minister representing the rolling government, agencies, brokers, some coaching centre.
We are yet to develop a transparent system of examination.
Why students are not given a copy of their omr sheet scanned and mailed at the examination centre itself in front of them. All exams should have this policy.

3. हम लोकतंत्र में है पर न्यायलय के कार्यप्रणाली पर प्रश्न नही उठा सकते क्या ही
1. यह पूछा जाना चाहिए जी अदालतों की संख्या क्यों नही बधाई जाती।
2. केस की समय सीमा क्यों तय नही होती
3. जजों की संख्या कम क्यों जब केस की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही
4. समय से न्याय न मिले तो उस न्याय का क्या महत्व
5.CJI कमिटी बनाकर क्यों पता नही करते की न्याय पाने में एक व्यक्ति कितना धन खर्च करता है, समय लगता है,किस किस पीड़ा से गुजरता है, न्याय पाने की कीमत अन्याय से हुए नुकसान से ज्यादा तो नही, क्या कीमतों को लेकर लोग न्याय जाने से बचते तो नही?

Honourable Court is requested to stay the counselling because if counselling begins it will be extremely difficult to roll back the wrong doings and the students will be left with no option but to accept the unjust ranks.
And ReNEET for ALL should bring Justice to all.

@@ammuvilambil8032 You are right. In our country seats in colleges are too less comparing to candidates who apply. Ideal solution is to increase the seats and start many more colleges. Consequently the prevalent corruption and malpractices will also reduce.

पेपर लीक से बचने के लिए, सभी कोचिंग संस्थानों द्वारा एक प्रश्न बैंक का निर्माण किया जाए जिसमें करीब एक से डेढ़ लाख प्रश्न हों। परीक्षा वाले दिन, परीक्षा संपन्न होने के दो घंटे पूर्व, करीब 100 शिक्षाविदों द्वारा इस प्रश्न बैंक में से प्रश्नों को रेंडम तरीके से चुनकर सॉफ़्टवेयर द्वारा 2 से 3 सेट प्रश्न पत्र बनाए जाएं और इनमें से किसी एक प्रश्न पत्र को उसी दिन ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के लिए चुना जाए और परीक्षा करवाई जाए।
First NTA chairman and his group should go to jail. Then a special investigation team should be constituted and the investigation should be started as per the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Since the careers of lakhs of students have been ruined due to the negligence or conspiracy of NTA, the agency should be absolved from the responsibility of this examination.
According to me CBSE should be given the responsibility to conduct NEET exam again.

They are not specialised in these categories. They don't know the procedural structures and processes that have come and evolved in these situations to give proper assessments and attack or defend a case. They aren't the most suitable option to fight a case here
