Honestly you can’t blame geto for feeling the way he does. Sure it’s wrong but if some of us were in his position we would turn like him 😢

Considering his mental state I don’t blame seeing those two girls being what ultimately caused him to break and give in to extremes 😭. And to extremes he went! 😅
I do believe it’s implied that ingesting cursed affects him somewhat? As in he feels the negativity of the curse and man that’s a whole burden of its own.
This arc is just so good it’s definitely one of my faves from jjk so far. ❤

The village where those girls were is where he killed them and he rescued the girls there

Oh boy, and to think this was just the opening to the season. No one is really prepared for Shibuya and what's to come. Ever.

11:36 while he did leave him there, he took over all the financial burden of Megumi and Tsumiki's household.

hey the movie is about OKKUTSU YUTA. He was mentioned a few times in season 1. He is insanely strong. And it takes place exactly 1 year before season1. in season 1, Maki, Panda and Inumaki are 2nd year students. and in the movie, they are in their 1st year.@@itsashreacts

Looking forward to your Shibuya reactions❤👍😁
Btw Geto really needed therapy after the amanai incident for his PTSD,im pretty sure the best emotional support they got was being asked if their fine
We shouldn't forget that their powers doesn't stop them from being human teenagers with brains capable of undergoing trauma😔

I guess it depends on personal preference, and I don't know what's right or wrong, but I still don't think it's a good practice to intentionally change the chronological order in which you watch the movies (for example, I don't blame you for messing up the order by accidentally watching the movies without knowing, getting hooked and starting watching the TV series)
So I do feel sorry for anyone who suggested she watch the movie after she'd seen up to S2EP5.
If they want to show her the story according to the timeline of the story, they have to go S2EP1-5 -> movie -> S1 -> S2EP6 first, or to be more specific, they have to switch the order of each story, including the recollection scenes.
Will they also encourage her to switch the timeline when future episodes, such as past episodes that have not yet been animated, come out?
On the subject of other anime, for example, in what order would they recommend that she watch "Attack on Titan," for example?
Are they going to show it starting with the Yumir episode?
Eren also said that he didn't know where it all started.
If we take their feelings in good conscience, we can assume that they were trying to "make it easier for her to understand the movie," but that would be making fun of her in the opposite direction.
It is an unnecessary "She would have a hard time understanding the film if it was not in chronological order."
She has enough comprehension to understand the movie first, and she could have felt the importance of these past episodes of S2EP1-5 because of what she didn't understand in the movie.
But in the end they are depriving her of that right by recommending that she watch S2EP1-5 first.
Of course, the order in which you watch the episodes is up to you, and watching the episodes in the order of S2EP1-5 -> movie may give you a different way of seeing and feeling the episodes than others, and in a sense, it may be a fresh experience.
But I still don't think it is a good way.
I think it is because Geto had very little dialogue in S1, and if she watch S2 after watching the movie, she will feel more pained by the changes in his thoughts and words.
I also think it is dishonest to the creators to intentionally encourage people to watch the movie according to the timeline of the story, since the creators and the animators did not change the timeline at random.
If the creators' manipulation of the timeline or the recollection scenes are not working well, they can be criticized in and of themselves. Trying to keep the timeline in order is a problem before that.
I understand that others should not interfere, and I like her reactions, and I don't blame her.
However, I would advise her not to listen to anyone who, contrary to the creators of any work, intentionally encourages her to view it according to the timeline of the story, if at all possible.
