Needs more stages. If it had about 4 more stages it would be almost silent.

the bearings are going "AHHHHHHHH!!!" . Is there an oil pump on that?
aside from the scientific reason for making this turbine, I think is a good whistling machine for calling my dog but I wonder what is the point of making it whistle or is it a by product that has some financial reasons behind it. I do not know.
