There’s a planeswalker in core 20, Mu Yanling, that was the core of this flyer theme back then. Granted, I never had any success with her deck then either. *Shrug*
I think the real problem was in your choice of spells. Into the Roil was never used to bounce Enchantments or Planeswalkers (you rarely see them anyway) so, Unsummon is a better choice as it costs one mana lesser. That one mana can be obtained using Warden of Evos Isle wisely. Or adding Karfell Harbinger, which will also act as early game defender. Also, the biggest problem was Disdainful Stroke. See how many times you wished to play it but you couldn't. You used it only to save one mana. But it's not worth it. Saw it Coming and You Find the Villians Lair are far superior choices and the latter can alse be used to fix your hand so that's why I personally use it. I also use Reject & Test of Talents. You should add Frost Trickster. It'll do what Dragon Turtle does and it has four additional advantages. 1. It's a flying body 2. Its cost can be reduced using Warden 3. It's a common so it can easily be crafted & 4. It's a Wizard Speaking of Wizards, you should add Windrider Wizard. It will fix your hand whenever you cast a spell or a wizard (Cloudkin Seer, Warden, Frost Trickster) Demilich & Mind Flayer do not belong to this deck but Mind Flayer is useful. Sometimes your opponents will have flying creatures so, it can clear the path but Demilich is a bad card in general. It cannot be splashed into any blue deck randomly. It should be removed even if it's mythic. An additional flyer or a counter/draw spell would provide more value than this. Last but not least, the two big Sphynx aren't that bad. They're good tempo cards. One bounces and the other gives multiple draws per turn. Can be used as one offs. And they can also be discarded via Windrider or Villians Lair ____ I played this deck a lot in Standard 2021. I had very good winrate (70%+) in non-ranked matches. But that was too good. It had Shark Typhoon (flying tokens), Kiora (win button), Sublime Epiphany (god of counterspell), Brazen Borrower (bounce + fly), Heraldic Banner (as ramp and pump), Jubilant Skybonder (gives everyone Ward), Hypnotic Sprite (Counterspell + Flying creature) & Shadowspear for lifegain for tempo. The Standard 22 version is nowhere near that unfortunately.
Wish i had these videos when i started a few weeks ago. Spent so much gold and wild cards on random cards now that now i know more what I'm doing i got nothing left
Start a new account, activate all the codes for free stuff, do all the color challenges and you will have enough wilds to start putting something together XD
Need to be honest here, you need to re-do this video and deck and actually put some effort into it. Your other upgrade decks seem ok (and let's be honest they are all "budget" as well so not expecting Tier 1 quality), but this one is awful. The fact you do not even put in Snow lands for the Ascendant Spirit is the biggest gaffe ever, but then to try to play this and even get a 50% win rate is impossible. I've actually now reverted back to the original starting deck after playing almost 30 matches with both, and this now having a worse record. Now I know Mono Blue is probably the worst BO1 meta, but I've seen other suggestions in these comments on how yours could be improved. One more thing: somehow this upgrade still causes the matchmaker to believe it is a Tier 1 deck, even though it probably would be Tier 3 at best, which makes the results even worse.

Mono blue just isn't good. Ever...
You really need a haircut bro - whenever I see you without the cap, you look like escaped from Hogwarts recently xD
How dare you teach new players to play MonoBlue, NOT IN THIS HOUSEHOLD
