Can I program 4 station decoder at controller pot if yes so why I can't see the out put station in controller display? Please assist

Hunter Irrigation thanks, I program at 4 Station decoder Address # 1 but if I run station 1 so only one solenoid valve energize the others are not energizing, if I run from controller station # 2 so then All of 4 solenoid valves energize so kindly assist me do I need a Space for 4 Addresses or only one address can run those 4 solenoid valve .
