Welcome To Rockville 2022 Day 2 | The Return To Welcome To Rainville

- It's Friday, day 2 of Welcome to Rockville with a 90% chance of storms through the day. We managed to see some awesome bands before the rain and lightning rolled in. Long delay with an evacuation of the area with an even longer re-entry process which led to some more music and an eventual early ending due to lightning. Still, an awesome day.

Can’t believe Jerry cantrell and john 5 play at the same time
Did a great job getting 7D footage, they're so underrated and one of a few bands ive seen over a dozen times 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
HAHAHA! That’s us with the umbrella at 17:18 🤣
I loved how Shinedown kept playing even with the warnings up. Having our phones up in the rain was so cool. Sucks that I didn't get to see Bush and GnR, but at least there was that cool memory with Shinedown haha.
You guys are awesome. Thank you so much for uploading this content despite all the crazy weather.
Sevendust is probably one of my most favorite bands to work with. Such good guys
Thank you for your efforts. Great video
Thank you for doing these....
Duuude!! 2:30 i didn't expect that that shot was aweeeeesome! wow sevendust sound great, the vocal guy looks like a wrestler XD, thanks man for take us with you man!!
Kyle glad you got to see Sevendust, they are Amazing!!
Love the vibe of your channel
THE SHOW MUST GO ON!
Cool you got see those bands
cool day two free concert video. double the cool videos and once again we are ballless lol .
Love me some 7D. Was lucky to see them come up in Atlanta from the start.
Nice job on the vid. Looks cool as hell besides all the rain.
I just happen to be watching this with a thunderstorm outside, it's like surround sound!
I bet it must be nice to go to these live again..
Love Seether...
Enjoyed the 6 days I was in Daytona. Even with the rain I still rocked on 🤘🏼
:34 the song you did in the beginning was funny don’t rain don’t rain 🌧 hahaha 🤣
Just seen me lol. End of DED playing anti everything. Really tall dude(probably tallest at the whole festival lol) in the black bandana. Love your videos dude.
Sevendust is the truth! \m/ Great footage.
I drove from Pennsylvania for this. And all things considered, I had a great time. Although I wish I saw Korn
Bro this hurts to come back to, I went to this show for 7D, Skillet, Seether, BB, and Korn and I only got to see 2 because of the weather, sucks that Florida has to be the way it is
I saw y'all today for day 3 I wanted to say hey but I was in the handicap section with my dad because he has a bad back
I love that you like Stick To Your Guns and Sevendust
I've never heard of some of the bands. I must be really old...
I saw kiss on Thursday so yay Luck on only going Thursday
I've seen Sevendust live when they first came out.
Diamante 🖤
Love sevendust
Here comes the 🌦again
Will y’all be there in 2023? I’m coming to the next one.
Kudos to the Staff avoiding a Logistics Nightmare
When my dad was in either iraq or Afghanistan seven dust went there and they gave my dad a signed guitar, unfortunately it broke when we were moving, didnt put it proper protection, still got it tho
Great to see normalcy again with large crowds congregating without masks and without shame.
I'm depressed 😔 I started driving down there from Knoxville on Thursday, got halfway down there when I realized I LEFT MY WRISTBAND at home. 🤦 Had to drive all the way back to Knoxville from South Carolina. Luckily my parents got me a faster route down through Georgia, where I spent the night, so I got there in perfect time the next day. But man, I felt so bad for Skillet. I had already seen them earlier this year at Winter Jam, it was my 2nd time, but I got to the stage just in time to see them take down their banner and roll the drumset offstage. And then I was literally waiting to see Breaking Benjamin right after Red, those 2 bands are like dopplegangers of each other.
You could have gotten a replacement wrist band at the box offices at the main gates for $25.
I gotta ask, how did you get that shot where you threw the camera up into the air? I have a GoPro Max 360 camera and can't figure out how you pause the video and then move the focal point around the static shot? Very cool effect!
It’s a preset built into the Insta360 app (not sure it would work with non Insta360 cameras but worth a try).
@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats The 360 format on the GoPro is proprietary so not likely. Too bad, it's a cool effect you had there!
@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats Nice videos. Can you tell me if they allow re-entry. Like if you were to buy something big like artwork or whatever and wanted to put it in your car or for whatever reason to go to the car? Thanks
@@timothymiller3838 Unless you are camping, there is no re-entry.
@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats Thanks for the info, I appreciate that
That sucks that Megadeth and Skillet cancelled I like em both
The guy being lead away in handcuffs by the police was starting shit during Clutch earlier in the day. Security calmed him down then he was walking back through looking to fight anyone and everyone. Looks like it finally caught up to him during In This Moment.
Zakk Wylde sounded like absolute shit. Down killed it. Kiss closed out with a great set!
Did they mandate Vaxx for entry to this?
Nope.
I believe vax mandates are illegal in Florida
Damn big acts Cancelled Oh Well
The attention sign is giving me ptsd
conchert chert
The best takeaway of the weekend.
Still crying 🤣
Sevendust is chill, loved them 20 years ago when I was starting to find heavy music but I just wish Morgan Rose would lose the silly braids. Dude, you’re 50.
Megadeth is getting too choosey where they play if he is truly for the fans he wouldn't have cancelled.
They were stuck in Canada from the night before and couldn’t travel due to storms.
