I am entranced watching "The Story of the Jews" on PBS- at least part one- I think of the Jewish socialist newspaper "Forward" and then ahead to the apartheid betrayal of socialism that is the present war criminal state of Israel...I will look forward to the rest of Simon Schama's saga- does he allow us to forward thinking on the left? to muddy thinking in the middle? or to the right wing war making of states like Israel and the U.S.?
Yes ISIL is awful- who created Isil?
I do not see Yip Harburg supporting Bush or Obama!
Knowing PBS I can only imagine a bad outcome to this documentary- will not address the shades of grey.
