@jafar imam I've cut my hair short (not very short) always. Drink atleast 9 glass of water every day (1glass=250ml) , do hair oil massage at night (maha bringaraj hair oil), started "nofap"(just Google it) , eating healthy foods, just eat homemade foods (less street food), keep your scalp clean from dirt and sweat . Take less stress about hair fall(trust me it will help, less stress= less hairfall), i keep my hair short because I don't want to hide my baldness which gradually made me confident because my friends (girls and boys) appreciated many a times for being my true self and respecting who I'm as a person. Trust me this kinda words make you more comfortable and you slowly feel less stress about your hair. Obviously a lil bit of stress is there but I've seen a huge difference in my confidence level after i adopted the above "lifestyle" . Also am fat but i walk every day for atleast 30minutes .. if possible do it for 1 hour. Any time a day . Also i cut down carbohydrates to an extent. Less rice more veggies and Dal , meat etc in my meal. It will gradually cut down your overall fat and eventually your abdomen fat.
@jafar imam if you are fat cut down your carbohydrates intake and increase your protein intake (meat dal etc) for 1 week and see your weight difference. Don't forget to drink more water .
@jafar imam no issue bro... I was 82 now am 74.5 . I've cut down carbohydrates intake (rice, white bread, pasta etc) and started consuming more protein and plant based carbs like veggies , also dal and meat (chicken is best) and fish,eggs. Please follow that 1 week plan i shared above and do share your results here. Do it from tomorrow, note down your weight tomorrow and start that plan.
One curious question. Kya aapka transplanted baal bhi jhadta hai.? Q k maine ek aise hi aadmi ko rekha hai uski scalp transplanted baalo ko bhi zhada deti hai.
