Both Paul Winchell and Eric Bausa were definitely the best. Paul for how fitting Tigger's raspy voice is for the big pooch and Eric Bausa for his dedication replicating that iconic energy.

Fun Fact: 2008 Fleegle has turned out to not be voiced by Bill Farmer, but by an Australian actor by the name of Keith Scott. This also applies for Bingo as well.
