It works on all hard floors which can be cleaned with water-based products, although I have very deep grout lines between my ceramic tiles - so it takes me some extra passes to accommodate. me and my sisterinlaw both have this exact floormate and we love it. we are hoover addicts! i also have the floormate spin scrub. it works pretty good, but the original works the best. right now we have the regular lineolium and if the spill or spot is recent is picks it up so quickly. i had to do a deep cleaning a few months ago like cinderella with a tough scrub brush and some purple power i got from work but for regular cleaning this works wonders!

*There should be an app called "things that work like their supposed to"🌼 **allabout.wiki/FloorMate** I had a Bissell bolt and it's internal battery failed. I did not know that it could not be replaced when I bought it. The Hoover out performs the Bissell in every way possible. Twice the suction, even picks up pine needles which the Bissell would just push around. The control switch from floor to carpet is controlled by your thumb and allows for immediate transition. This machine works!*
