    Thanks for watching! Sorry for the lack of uploads lately, we have been busy planning for the 2018 season! It's shaping up to be the best one yet!!!! We will have a lot of new uploads coming in the next week or two as we have a few awesome videos almost finished. The West Virginia footage will start rolling out next week. Sorry for the delays but our main focus is to provide you, the viewers, with the best quality content we are capable of. At times that means things can take a little while to ensure we don't slack on quality. Hope everyone understands. We are a small team and editing these videos takes a very long time. We will be posting some 2018 information, plans, and updates shortly. Stay tuned, and as always, thanks for the continual support!!

      Thanks ostacruiser! Pumped you enjoy the vids, love all of yours too. That Sherp you got is awesome, hoping I'll get to go out for a ride in one in the next little while. Would be awesome to get together and hit the trails. I've got plenty of room to host you guys here for a few days if you feel like you want to make the trip sometime this spring/summer/fall. You could slay some of our Ontario mud and show us how it's done. Feel free to drop me an email at adrenalinejunkieproduction@gmail.com

      Ole Dude you got the 1000?? Nice!!!! I kind of regret not waiting 3 more months and get the 1000. But in all honesty the trails i do the 800 is more than enough. I just finished my snorkels. Gonna be a good season. Are you gonna upload some videos of that 1000?

    • @TheVenom8343
      @TheVenom8343 6 років тому +1

      Yes sir, the 1000!! My dealer also sold me the Warrior Riser Snorkel kit, I haven't put it on yet. I want to post a top speed run but I'm waiting a few more miles before I do it. I'll change the break in oil at 100 miles and I'll probably do it after that. I've got 82 miles on it so far. I've had it to 68 MPH so far and that beast was still climbing!!

    I've learned that side by sides turn into a slouch when an axle blows. It sucks especially if your in bad terrain. Great video! Cheers from South Dundas Ontario!

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому +1

      Ya, they do. That's why if you far from home its best to fix them on the spot if it's an option. Once you break one the rest snap like twigs if you leave one out and ride hard. We usually carry spares if we are going far from home/camp or know we will be doing some extreme terrain.

      Damn!! Them Polaris' would be unstoppable if they just came with a little stronger diffs and axles!! I hate to say it but them stock Polaris axles and diffs are garbiegy!!
      I've dug in like that on my T2 1100 may times, a couple times so hard that it slipped the clutch(automotive 5- speed trans)!! Diffs and axles are all good!! I've also used my trooper to move a 30' Ford class C motorhome around on my property multiple times no problem!! LOL!! My neighbor has a RZR 1000 and was pretty amazed at how much bigger my diffs are than his!(he's on his third front diff!!)
      And Hey for the tires you were rockin your rzr did damn good out there in the mud! That horsepower and wheel speed was makin up for lack of traction!!
      Check out this match up!! LOL

      Hey man, ya the stock axles aren't the strongest. I think it's Polaris' version of a sheer pin, lol. Breaking axles is cheaper and easier to fix than breaking other driveline components. Damn, never seen one of those Joyner T2's until now. I'm gonna watch a few more videos of them later. Thanks for sharing man!

      We ride pretty much the same exact terrain that you guys do. We also have a pretty diverse group of buggies rzrs, mavs, generals, commanders, rangers... and my best friend has an 08 RHINO and he beats the fuck out of it and it takes it lol. He also either tailgates the 1000s or the 1000s don't keep up with him (he's all go or no lol). I'm not brand loyal to any, but from what I've personally have seen those yamaha buggies (wolverines, vikings and o.g. rhinos) are very well built. Same friend that has the rhino, before the rhino purchase he bought a brand new 800s and broke 5 axles, blew a transmission, bent the frame in 3 places, broke 2 hub assemblies and completely ripped the skid plate off in 6 months of owning it lol, just a testament to how hard he is on shit lol.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому +1

      Hey Arick, ya the OG Rhino's were tough machines. The RZR's require a little more care and finesse during operation. Took me a bit to get used to on my first RZR as well.I'm not brand biased either, i like all the machines and accept all the pros and cons of the various platforms. It's awesome seeing them out on the trail together competing against each other. I always say, the most important part is to be out on the trail riding with friends and having a good time.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому

      Ya the RZR Trail 900 in this video is running 27 inch Tusk Terrabites. They seem a little worse in the mud than the Braven Ironside's I'm running on the RZR Turbo. John, the owner of the RZR Trail 900 likes them everywhere else. They are a good deal. There will be more footage of them in action in the extended cut video of this ride. Hope to have it uploaded in the next few days. Just finishing it up.

    • @smiller417
      @smiller417 6 років тому

      Julian, how did you feel your Ironside's were doing for you? In the footage, it seemed like the treads were getting clogged a lot and becoming almost slicks.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому

      Hey S Miller, the Ironside's do well pretty much everywhere except in the mud and snow. I got them as a good all around type tire. I needed something that is tough and can handle road riding and a lot of hard pack and gravel use. Like any "all terrain" type tire the tightly spaced tread lugs do fill up with mud pretty quick. That's why you see me spinning them pretty hard in certain areas. Spinning them helps clean the tread out. I will be getting another set of trail tires in the near future that have a more aggressive tread pattern. Having two sets of tires lets you cover all your bases. If I could only have one set of tires I would probably get something like an ITP Blackwater Evolution or a GBC Dirt Commander as they do well everywhere and have enough tread depth to do OK in average mud.

      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому +1

      I usually shoot in 1080 60 on the GoPro 5. I switch up between various shooting modes like, medium, wide and superview and I adjust the ISO to the available light levels and what we are doing at the time. Depending on the lighting there is quite a bit of post process color correction that goes into getting all of the shots to look as good as they do. It's honestly just been a huge learning curve with a lot of experimentation. We still mess up a lot of good shots, lol. It's hard at times in the conditions we film in. We also lose a ton of good vehicle shots due to the cameras getting dirty. It's just constant trial and error mixed with a bunch of luck, lol. Hope that helps answer your question, best I can do.

      I wouldn't say these are problems. It's more or less what you expect will happen when you put 30 inch Black Mamba's on a RZR XP 1000 with stock axles and then drive it like this, lol. Its a 2016 or 2017 RZR XP 1000. The next video will have this machine back with the same tires and upgraded axles.

      Hey man... I WISH that I was sponsored by Polaris RZR, LOL! Seems that for what we do most of us prefer the Polaris platform for various reasons. Even a few of the guys that used to own Can-Am's drive RZR's now. Truth is both platforms are awesome and very evenly matched. We bust a lot of chops but all the machines have pros and cons. Overall, the RZR has better availability, better pricing, is easier to work on, much better dealer network and warranty coverage. The 4X4 system also works better in our opinion. However, a RZR Turbo and an X3 turbo side by side in just about any setting is as even of a match as you can get. Most of it comes down to driver.

    so how would you rate those braven ironside tires from 1 to 10??

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому

      Well, that's kind of a loaded question. In the mud they suck, but that's obvious by just looking at them. In the mud they are a 2/10. However, as far as a mixed use tire goes I'd rate them a solid 7/10. They feel great on the hard packed trails, gravel and asphalt. They drift great on wet asphalt and in loose gravel. They are smooth and handle great at high speed. The braking on hard pack is awesome because of the increased contact patch. If I had to compare them to a Maxxis Bighorn I'd say its a pretty even match up. The big horn does a little better on loose trail and mud though. Not much, but a little. I'd rate the bighorn a solid 8.5/10 for mixed use so I'd say a 7/10 is a fair assessment of these Braven Ironside tires. Sorry for the long response. They did do quite a bit better in the mud than I expected though.

    • @21armyn
      @21armyn 6 років тому +1

      I have them on my x3 and never tried it bec I just put them on.. I don't do extreme mud like whats in your video but I ride trails.. as far as I can see as long as its not peanut butter mud they will be fine.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому

      Yup, you should like them in that case. They work a lot better with 4-5psi in them on the trail. They conform to the trail and hook up pretty good on rocks with the low air pressure.

      X 3 also does not have a full lock in the front. Saves the axels, In the rear i belive they have stress jams in the rear diff to give a bit when under load.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому +1

      You can see the front diff slip the clutches on the X3 in a few clips in this video. I don't know if they are actually "clutches" haven't had a Can-Am diff apart personally. However, the X3 drivers have told me that if there is too much load on the front diff or on one front wheel the diff has a safety feature that slips instead of breaking the axle or diff. Maybe someone can correct me or give us a little more details on what actually goes on inside that silly Can-Am front diff.

      AdrenalineJunkieProd ,, that's good to hear man I just recently purchased a 2018 900s about a month ago. I bought the Holly greaser tool and greased all 4 corners just the other day ,and I try to stay away from this much mud and water as much as possible. Hoping to get many miles before changing stuff but who knows.

      Im thinking about getting that greaser too, heard good things about it. Wheel bearings are cheap and easy to replace anyways. I don't avoid anything and spend a lot of time in water. My RZR lives out side most of the time too, rain, sun or snow. I don't baby it at all and she's holdin together great.

      I'd say axles, for sure. But once you upgrade to a strong axle and keep driving like this the next weakest link is the front differential. The take home lesson at the end of the day is definitely throttle control. It's all about effective throttle control.

    I've seen many of your vids. Fun stuff to watch. But what prompts me to comment this time is to make an observation. I don't know where you guys ride but it seems to me there must be no such thing as the DNR in your neck of the woods. Because where I ride (MI and WI) if you left the designated trails you would be fined if caught. And ripping up stream banks would really bring the DNR down on us around here. I can only assume you are riding on private land, or your state is very hands off on woods management. But if that's not the case, I don't know how such big riding groups tearing up the streams and other areas off of the trails doesn't get noticed by the DNR in your area. I'd love to know what gives.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому +2

      Hey Jesselebby, you raise some valuable points. We have been asked this many times in various videos. To start off, when riding on a public trail system it's always important to stick to the trail, we support and follow this. However, most of the trail riding videos we post are shot on private property. The property is usually owned by a rider in the group or we have permission from the property owner to be there. We are lucky enough that a few of us own large parcels of land and that is where we build our trails. The trails you see on this video are on a private 10,000 acre piece of land one of the riders owns. Out of that 10,000 acres we only have trail on a small portion of it. The majority of the property is farm land, what you see here is the unworkable bush areas and ravines. It may seem we are destructive, but we tend to ride the same general areas. There are no publicly maintained trail systems anywhere around our area so we have been forced to build our own trail systems on private property. Rest assured, we are not going off trail on a public trail system. We understand that doing that gets trails shut down for everyone, we are quite responsible. All the public trails we had were basically shut down for that reason, a small group of people did some pretty stupid stuff to ruin it for all of us. All the riding you see here is on private property and this is how we make our trails. I hope that clearly answers all of your questions.

    • @Lebatron1970
      @Lebatron1970 6 років тому

      Thank you for clearing that up. And yeah some bad apples (typically young men and teen boys) just can't act responsibly and respect public lands. Sad to hear your trail options are poor in your area. That's just a kick in the nuts when the thing you love is riding offroad. But there is hope on the horizon for you. As the SXS industry gets bigger the public demand will expand your trail options. With bars and restaurants now becoming more and more ATV friendly, and small towns as well, it should not be long before the rest of the country begins to look at what having good trails systems can do for the local economy. West Virginia (Hatfield McCoy)and Moab are two great examples of great riding experiences that cause people to actually travel across the county to ride them. Thus bringing in torist money.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  6 років тому

      Hey Jesse, I agree. I hope the increase in popularity improves riding options not the opposite. In the past as trails have gotten more popular around here it has done the opposite and gotten them shut down. Unfortunately I think the future of good trail riding lies in private offroad parks. It seems the States have off-roading and powersports much more ingrained in their culture than here in Canada. I'm hoping for the best, I'd love to see the sport we love flourish.
