Both of these pieces provide an excellent value and a very great piece for their unique purposes.
The setup used for this is the same for both mouthpieces, as follows:
Yamaha 875EXIIS, Vandoren M/O ligature, Nexus 3 reed, GoldenAge Project R1 MkIII Ribbon microphone, and Focusrite 2i2 scarlett.

How would you compare the selmer jazz flow to a meyer 7m mouthpiece?

You have a good sound on both pieces, although I prefer the Jazz Flow.
Now a word of gratuitous advice, get off the mouthpiece treadmill ASAP, and study ear training daily, do an online conservatory course, there are many to choose from, learn to hear and to transcribe what you hear. It will be a far better investment of your time that trying out more mouthpieces, music is the thing, not mouthpieces:)
