Gotta respect the dude for recognizing a change has to be made and then seeking a way to improve. Other people would just live in denial, not try anything and expect to have the solution given to them. This isn’t just for Flight but for every player he comes across.
Even after everything is said and done, all of this will benefit him in multiple aspects including health, mental toughness, strength, speed and quick decision making which he can apply to all parts of his life; even into his late years.

I like how Kenny does like 500 drills on catch and release. Or catch, pump, dribble, release. And then proceeds to hesitate and dribble with his head down every possession as soon as he's in a live environment. Isn't Roy like your idle? Dude just Jabs, and shoots in your face with a quick release. Why so scared??
Kenny been doing these drills but not understanding the concept behind them. You can see it in every drill, he is worried about making the shot instead of focusing on footwork, his body angle and the reason why jlaw is teaching him.
On the rip through jlaw said to sell going downhill, instead Kenny is running sideways. Of course he wont be able to use any of that in a game scenario.
