They had those at Good Times Kawasaki in Olympia WA on sale in 79 for $1999 and that exact bike I Owned and great bike and great range and smooth motor and handled great,way better than the 900 or kz 1000 and they raced these in endurance races ,beutiful comply bike.
Had a 79, which was pretty much identical even down to the Kerker header. I removed the baffle so if I ever saw a cop I would stick the front of my boot in the pipe until I got passed.😊I also added a Gerex electronic ignition to get rid of the points. Thanks for the video.
How come you have all these Z650's? This must be the third or fourth one you've shown for sale....One of these would be perfect for my needs, but I live in New Zealand. They're a great 'getaround' for daily use. Did the other ones sell and what sort of price for a daily rider?
I've collected many Kawasakis over the years. After 40 years in business, we are thinning out the herd, as we will never be able to ride them all. All that we have offered have sold. This one we are speaking of is $2500.
