Contours Labels comes as block.
Is their any way to get ridd off from block.
I want just simple mtext.

You can split contour labels into individual editable labels if you like, but I would not recommend removing them and using mtext instead. If you make changes to the surface, contour labels as mtext will not dynamically update.
