Hii! I use rare beauty often so here's some tips! 1. Apply only like half a dot 2. Blend with blush brush 3. Go over w powder blush 4. Hope this helps!

BUT I after I wet it, I squeeze most of the water out in a towel so it's not too wet. Super light touch. So it diffuses it without taking away all the pigment. Hope that helps!

Have you tried putting the product on the back of your hand then tapping off the excess on your hand as well and then applying to the face
