My brother was appearing his 10th board and during those days one evening he went near the river and very close to samshan ghat. He apparently had no idea what place that was. He came back and started studying in his room. My mom was in the kitchen. He started calling my mom frantically and screaming. When my mom found him he was shivering when asked what happened. He said he saw a girl age 7-8 peeping through the door curtains and smiling at him. For few seconds he thought maybe someone is visiting our home but suddenly the reality creeps in and when he started yelling she disappeared. That was almost 15 years ago. He still gets uneasy if we talk about it. 😅
Meanwhile every guy in our pahadi area (supposedly prone to supernatural) goes behind a tree to pee 😂 Even girls when it's an emergency while traveling 😂

Lord budhha medited under this tree (banniyan tree produce vast amount of oxygen ...(its all myths which created )..by some people which we very well knew and for what purpose..🙏
Many of these "stories" have a scientific reason behind them. Not sure about the urinating thing, but you should not be under or around trees at night for a long time because plants respire at night, ie they too inhale oxygen and exhale co2.(plants do photosynthesis in the morning and respiration at night) So sleeping or staying there at night means that your body will get more CO2 and very less oxygen, which can cause very harmful effects and also in some cases, death. But as common people wont understand this, our ancestors created this story of betaal to keep people away from trees at night for their own good.
This is true. My naani told this to my mom and then my mom told me this: In older days (practised even today in too much rural places), if a girl had some serious problem or grah-dosh in her kundali, then no one used to marry her, although she may be a beauty. According to villagers, such girl cant be left unmarried for her whole life... So they used to marry her to any tree. They used to take her to a secluded tree outside the border of the village at about 4-5 pm, with only her parents, a pandit, and a sarpanch... a group of total 5-7 people only. Within 2 hours the marriage used to be concluded. And believe me, at that time of marriage rituals, whichever spirit is resting on that tree or passing by closely to that tree used to get bound in 7 vachan feras with the girl. The girl was supposed to go round 7 times the tree. And after that, when she used to get to her home, the spirit followed her in her home too. The spirit used to have intercourse with her. This used to happen actually, though today its hard to believe. Only the girl could experience that invisible ghost's touch. But in case, there was no spirit on the tree at the time of marriage, then life goes normal for that girl, except she is treated as married woman in society, with no husband actually. Though we may say that ritual was wrong... But the thing is spirits stay on some trees, specially beware in rural areas.... many trees act as haunted in night.
I think all those things like Not to Urinate on Trees is from a logical perspective because our Urine contains waste, Salt, 2% Urea and many other chemicals which are harmfull to trees and trees are the reason why we are still breathing. So its common for Hindus to not disrespect those who help us live
The actual reason is the plants release carbon dioxide during the night since they can't perform photosynthesis. This can cause reduced oxygen level around the trees and so it is created in such a way that people will avoid sleeping under a tree during night
Indians are such good teachers the only logic was not to go under baniyan tree , peepal tree was they produce much more carbon dioxide at night as compare to other tress...and not to urinate as we need to respect each and every living thing..
Every aspect of sanatana Dharma has a scientific aspect to it and we don't realise that until we hear it from someone or learn it from our own experience. Coming to this peepal tree, especially in Tamil Nadu you would see lot of lord Ganesha idol being housed underneath it. Every kid in the town is asked to go around the tree in the morning time to get good marks in their exam. This due to the fact that it releases certain chemicals which induces the secretion of melatonin / serotonin (something similar) and this walk around the tree is recommended even for people with mental disorders. On the contrary it was told that you shouldn't go around the tree(don't relate it to lord Ganesha) in the evening time because you would lose your mind. This was because of the same chemical that it releases. For the lame, this is why the elders told it had ghosts on it. While I don't deny the existence of ghosts/evil spirits , encounter with them and the I'll effects are due to ones own karma end of the day.
I have never experienced this but i have heared that if any sprit is trapped or stays in tree and you pee on it and you go to home and if suddenly you have fever without any reason then its a sign of sprit chasing you. only few tress and mostly in village's it happens
I don't know how much true it is..... but one of my uncle in village urinated under a Peepal tree in his early 20s that some people used to pray, the very next day his mental state became unstable and he became mad and died after few years..... but from that incident one by one their family descendents started dying at an early age..... and it's still continued in that family. Although that family takes care of that tree now but they got no relief till now.
This is a true fact an incident which took place at my nani's home .. their tenants son who was 10 couldn't go till the washroom as it was far from the house it was a old house. He did outside the window and we had a banyan tree .. trust me within 5 mins he started shivering , and god know what happend and died .. my uncle buried that kid.
My mother always believed these things when I was a kid we went somewhere for a vacation I can't remember where but just near foot path there was a banyan tree which had long prop roots I was playing with it when my mother was not near when she saw me playing with those prop roots she made me understand that you should not touch peepal or banyan tree or even go under it's shade.....surprisingly I got a high fever the next day.... I love plants and trees but i never even go near places with those 2 trees 😂😅
One of my known persons died too, within a week after being horrified after he saw something when he went out to urinate! His body wasn't balanced and died
Here is a main reason : sleeping under any trees at night is not good because of photosynthesis. It do not occer at night and so you don't get more oxygen and more over trees at night continue respiring that leads to increase more nd more carbon dioxide and reduce oxygen.
So , here is the biologi explanation what my bio teacher told ... In the day time , a tree( plant) both photosynthises and respires, means...produce both oxygen and CO2 , but at night since, no sunlo is there, ...it can only, ...respire( produce carbon dioxide) .... Carbon dioxide can make people like... asphyxia ( lack of oxygen in blood) which can make the person behave unusually...so that's it..
It's just at night time peepal /Banyan tree ,it observes lots of CO2 at night releases oxygen, unlike other plants and tree ,which makes us suffocate , that's how things are explained in science, and in Indian myth they explained it as haunting
People in the comment section who think all these are myth or bogus stories, you really don't know a lot of things 🙂 my parents saw these betaals with their own eyes, during their teenage, when my area was very less populated, they used to see these things hanging down from big tree branches, how did they look like? My parents say they looked like shadows, and there are a lot of stories of huge brahmarakshas too, but as my place became densely populated with time, these things are gone now. Another incident I can tell you from my own experience, when I was a kid, our house was on a comparatively empty plot, and there was a big Jamun tree just outside our gate, oneday owner of that land decided to cut that tree down, and after that, oh my god, every night we would hear few people crying and running from that tree to our gate, on repeat, my parents had to do a Puja in our house, these things stoped only after the puja was done. Now you can come and troll me, call me superstitious or anything you want, but that won't change the fact. We, the modern generation know very little, but think that we know everything.

So sleeping or staying there at night means that your body will get more CO2 and very less oxygen, which can cause very harmful effects and also in some cases, death.
Urine has a lot of phosphorus nitrogen which is very much required by the trees. Urinating on a tree actually helps the tree.
I think all those things like Not to Urinate on Trees is from a logical perspective because our Urine contains waste, Salt, 2% Urea and many other chemicals which are harmfull to trees and trees are the reason why we are still breathing. So its common for Hindus to not disrespect those who help us live
Its already night and thank you for making my night best ever🙂
The actual reason is the plants release carbon dioxide during the night since they can't perform photosynthesis. This can cause reduced oxygen level around the trees and so it is created in such a way that people will avoid sleeping under a tree during night
Exactly 💯
Dr. APJ Abdhul Kalam in 1999: by the next 20 years India shall be a great nation of great people
Beer Biceps in 2022: SUSU on tree is scary bro
Indians are such good teachers the only logic was not to go under baniyan tree , peepal tree was they produce much more carbon dioxide at night as compare to other tress...and not to urinate as we need to respect each and every living thing..
Ranveer: Do yeti urinate under tree?
India is going to become super power with the help of this generation growing up with this kind of stuff.
Me always give trees and plants water when ever i feel heavy .lmao
My mother always believed these things when I was a kid we went somewhere for a vacation I can't remember where but just near foot path there was a banyan tree which had long prop roots I was playing with it when my mother was not near when she saw me playing with those prop roots she made me understand that you should not touch peepal or banyan tree or even go under it's shade.....surprisingly I got a high fever the next day.... I love plants and trees but i never even go near places with those 2 trees 😂😅
My Uncle Was Possessed After He Urinate On Tree , He Suffered A Lot.
One of my known persons died too, within a week after being horrified after he saw something when he went out to urinate! His body wasn't balanced and died
Ranveer paryagrajiya 😂
Even a kid from 5th grade would know that we tell people not to go under a tree at night cause they release CO2 and it can cause hallucinations
Hallucinations Carbon monoxide se hota h, aur wo sone ki baat ki thi ki kabhi raat m ped k neeche sona nhi chaiye 🙂
Because under big trees , people (travelers) & animals used to take rest back in those days .
Here is a main reason : sleeping under any trees at night is not good because of photosynthesis. It do not occer at night and so you don't get more oxygen and more over trees at night continue respiring that leads to increase more nd more carbon dioxide and reduce oxygen.
Was about to sleep...n this reel popped up with the amazing photos
...'ll have a good night °~°🙂🚩
Meanwhile my house is covered by a huge banyon tree..🤣🤣😂😂
OMG, I do when there's no wall nearby.
Spirituality left the chat
So , here is the biologi explanation what my bio teacher told
Jai shree ram 🙏
Aayatul kulsi : abhi hum zinda hain
"I have not urinated on a tree YET"
ok so that's the reason people are cutting trees
It's just at night time peepal /Banyan tree ,it observes lots of CO2 at night releases oxygen, unlike other plants and tree ,which makes us suffocate , that's how things are explained in science, and in Indian myth they explained it as haunting
"RIP to Those who watched this short in Night" 💀
The pictures & the videos are more scary than the conversation especially when you are going through the shorts at 3:22 a.m. in the morning!!🥲🤡
U r still awake at 3am😐
This is the closest image of that thing in one of my dreams as a child. I wonder who is that truly a depiction of ?
