8.6m is the cost of construction o the house only. Add cost ya plot , perimeter wall and land scaping. I v bn following projects done by the 47 company n I know their charges always exclude perimeter wall n land scaping. Don't b fooled.
The house looks good. I just wish Kenyan contractors would improve on the burglar doors, they look jua Kali. And those curtains remind me of a certain political party.

Great work, the wet area tiles were however off the scheme. The Kichen walls tiles were aligned but the size made them uneasy for eyes.
