I just ran across this song a few days ago for the 1st time. It reminds me of trying to get sober and relapsing over and over again. Tomorrow ill have 6 years and 7 months sober but man I struggled like crazy from 2011-2015 to get here. Thanks for a great song.
I'm there, fighting stage 4 liver disease, my liver doctor said he was not putting me on for a transplant, because I was overweight and had copd ,and diabetes, I told him that's B.S. it should not be his call ,I told him that I have 3 other siblings who are willing and able to help with there liver "with no question "ok this was cause from taking a infusion for another illness, My blood was checked every 3 months, all came back normal, so what the hell happened to stage 1,2, and 3 nobody can explain ,so guess I'm saying I'm tired of the pain, and tired of seeing my wife of 30 years cry,and worrying, she helps me physically and emotionally every hour ,every day I've faced some hard facts in 54 years,but this is one hell of a choice NOT getting a choice, so to all you non ethical doctors who are to busy to do your damn job" I thank yall should go to DALLAS and get screwed,,love all your music, look forward to listening for as long as life will let me YOUR friend andy from Flintstone ga. south of Chattanooga tn.
Took two guns off of my buddy’s brother n didn’t think about it the other day. It really sucks when you get done n start heading home. Some people are so damn lost and so am I I just don’t believe in suicide
