Also, something I don't think has gotten enough attention here re: the ETFs, is that since the SEC controls the stock exchanges and all listed securities, they can, with the stroke of a pen, put limitations on how much of any single security one can buy or sell on a given day, or, as was seen with Robinhood / GME "we only accept sell orders" etc.
So, while someone could own IBIT shares representing the equivalent of say, 100 BTC, not only would they not be able to redeem like-kind, but they may only be able so sell the equivalent of 0.1 BTC per day in the ETF.
That would then take, in this example, almost 3 years to redeem for fiat by which time the fiat could be debased by 100%. HK is the preferred structure. Or better yet, buy BTC and self-custody.

Nothing was approved yet... so... it will take days at least for all the paperwork to be revised, and the stock exchange needs to issue an approval also...

It goes up after halving usually after few weeks or few months, this time we have ETFs so we don't know when it will go up after halving, but for sure it will go up.

Exactly! NOTHING approved yet! Still on the papperwork phase! The Stock Exchange has to give a green light also!
I think BTC is overextended, some think that's a sign we're gonna pump to unrealistic levels like 250k or higher, where is the money gonna come from? besides the returns on previous halving was a lot lower than during the first one. Around 30x gain on first and 6x gains on last halving, nothing pumps forever.
What does "in kind" mean?
I understand it like this: when you sell your Hong Kong bitcoin etf, they will give you bitcoin for you to self cusyody instead of fiat cash.
