@Rtzxse..... JJM is a communitised scheme wherein after completion, the assets the handed over to the WATSAN committee & Village council for operation & maintenance. It depends if the scheme in your Village is pumping or gravity. In either case, the WATSAN committee is responsible for collection of water fees & that amount is used for further operation & maintenance within the village. If it's pumping ask your WATSAN committee to pump up the water & distribute. Don't just bla bla bla
One tape facility to each household is a total failure in phek district I think.so it's important to have cross-check. Cannot blame minister alone

appointing WATSAN (Water and Sanitation) committees in each unit under Ralan and cooperating.
Yes, of course, there are a few villages that need to be taken care of,
but we cannot blame the PHED if there’s no source where water is not available.
That’s probably a natural cause. But thanking PHED team appointed under Ralan area for sacrificing your time and energy for our people.

If funds have not been received then how comes JJM are implemented in some villages? This scheme had already been taken up in the last tenure where he was also holding the same portfolio of PHED. A full scale investigation should be taken up by the CBI and ED.
A thorough investigation is needed. The finance department should also be made to reveal how much money was released to the department.

I was wondering why most of the contractor are from Minister PA for this JJM too the funny part is amount Credit in WATSAN accounts where as all those contractors collected and no updates this are happening in some villages under Dimapur. Concern public have every right to question on this issues. Arunachal got 5000Cr Nagaland got very less no mention 😂😂😂😂
With only a small fraction of that amount of money , new water suppy reservoirs ,dams and pipelines could have been constructed for the entire town of Kohima which could have been sourced from Mima village or Dzukou valley ! 🤦♂

We should write a complaint to Ministry of Jal Shakti (Water Resource) not to released any central fund until 100% of the project is implemented.
That means if the centre has sanctioned the fund the CM who is the finance minister has not released it to the concerned dept. 😊

I am from the village called Kendung village Peren Dist. From the water source to my village there's around 12 kilometres but JJM Schem had sanctioned only for 2 km in my village and we are still living with pond water. We had constructed tanks without pipe connection and water supply and we are asked to give completion report. How poorly they are treating us. The most remote village From peren district which every dept and political parties neglected. 😢 😭 😿

In the swatch Bharat scheme,I came to know that only 48%was given out of the total amount alloted by the GOI. The department has to clarify on this matter. Just a small scheme to the rural people. Forget about JJM.

I don't know whether this jjm scheme is a success or not and how far the recent claim of its misappropriation of funds is accurate, but seeing the plight of members of some villages facing water scarcity amidst this so called scheme everything becomes questionable. For instance, a village where a youtuber by the name seb naga family hails from faces severe water scarcity. It's very evident from his contents villagers have to resort to buying water from the little they earn.
The pipe which was issued in our village is not certified quality.. It crack when it's bend or carve as if it is made of plastic...

According to the complaint made by the leaders on public behalf is appreciated they should verify village to village and it is the right time which they have raised the issue. I support them because even in our village under Shamator district is not yet done till date. They have brought only pipes and still lying on the street. Concern departments should enquire the matter seriously in every village.

Concerned ministers statement is based on paper report only but in ground reality, its quite different. JJM scheme in Nagaland should be probed by independent enquiry team and house to house spot varification should be made at the earlier date. Full support to those who are fighting for the common public.
