- Genshin Impact Co-Op is quite the experience... This was filmed during my hunt for fish so I could craft The Catch polearm. I made a UA-cam short about getting the fish, but wanted to turn the "journey" into its own video because of everything I witnessed/endured (lol).
This video is meant for entertainment purposes only. In no way do I mean to insult / make fun of any players shown in the video. Trust me, there's PLENTY about this game that I have no clue about.

The time when I finally join their world but in boss fight I defeated it and I was Abt to say hi but they kicked me out they used me😞

This is why I'm not letting anyone to my world, they will always want fish, in first i didn't care, if they want, then no problem, but when they started to be like "You don't have fish ?! Uh ! I unfriend you!"
Lol, this is why I go into other people's worlds now and just ask them what they wanna do/need help with. Everyone is out for fish, so I figure it's nice when someone joins and just wants to hang out and do bosses/farm stuff

@@xenonslash there's a 4-star polearm and i think u have to catch a certain amount of fishes in order to get it or something like that. Idk, I've never really fished for it cuz I was too lazy lol

Edit 2: Still AR 50 (I could be 55 if I did the ascension quest). Inazuma Archon Quest done :D, plus full 100% Liyue and Mondstadt. On my way to complete Inazuma exploration

The first one speaks to my soul. My friend is AR38 and still didn't go to Inazuma. Even better, she pulled Shogun and Kokomi and I have to drive her around my world for Thunder Manifestation and pearls... just saying it could be worse 👀

No hate, but please don't take stuff without permission, usually if you ask they will say yes then you can take them without pissing someone off, I have never been rejected when I asked to take stuff
I haven't found a genuine player who just wants to play since AR 50, I'm AR 57. Thats a long time ago. So I try to be the genuine player when I'm in Co op since I myself know how annoying farmers are.
That’s why I join lower level players and help them out cause they don’t know much about Genshin and it’s just fun.

I always regard farmers as lazy asses who didn’t bother to pick up the flowers of whatever while they were first exploring, but now suddenly need 160 of this flower to ascend their new waifu and are too impatient to wait a week or two to collect them naturally. I just picked up everything that glows for 50 AR’s and literally never have shortage of any overworld specialty. It takes 5 seconds to just steer a little bit to the left and pick a specialty, even if you don’t need it right now, you most certainly will in the future. Why this easy concept is so hard to grasp for some people is beyond me.

@@jeremiahsmith916 or just watch kyostinv’s videos for literally any farm material you need whenever you need and if there’s not enough in your world join a friends because it will only take 10 minutes
I always let people farm in my world, but those who don't ask for permission or just silently teleport somewhere trying to be sneaky automatically get kicked. Always remember your pleases and thank you's, even teucer does :)
I'm kinda pissed sometimes with these fish hoarders. I would rather have someone ask me if they can fish rather than go willynilly plus I'm done with my fish collecting so please just say I need fish!

Of I've done my dailies and finished resin/ farming, sometimes I hop into someone's world just for fun. Though I usually aim for the world's slightly lower level than me because I don't have string enough builds yet where I can reliably only use two characters for content

As someone who has had someone join to steal stuff without knowing I needed it, plz don't do this. Just ask, it ruins the experience when you go to do your own farming and someone stole your materials. Just make sure they don't already need it or even if they want to tag along ^^ OH! And
Co-op Tip:
- don't forget to use your manners when you ask to farm and when you're leaving! It keeps the atmosphere friendly in Co-op. I always appreciate and remember the players who are really nice so I don't doubt other people also appreciate it ^^ Happy Farming my little builders!
Co-op tip: I do encourage following the person in your world, helping them obvi but sometimes a liar pops up and they try farming for other things. I had someone "farming whopper flowers" but really stealing cor lapis when I just decided to check on them. Just be careful out there especially if you have multiple characters who all require the same ascension materials

I feel first guy, the world level domains were a pain and a constant cause for agony at the beginning.
I always dreaded the ascension quests, so I’d just grind my team. By the time I finished them, I’d have enough adventure EXP to practically reach the next ascension quest ToT
This is why my description is pls ask before fishing. So random people don’t just come in and steal em all
Once a childe main came into my world and started with a 'hello,how was ur day' and on the map I saw them running through gueyun stone forest. I asked them if they wanted to kill the 4 ruin guards then they didn't reply at all. I quietly climbed up a hill and spotted them killing a cicin mage nearby which there was a starconch. I really wish I had a popcorn to enjoy that show. Lol I complimented their Childe's DMG and they were like thanks.
Plus I scolded themfor not asking me first before farming for those or I'd have helped u farm them idiot and they were like sorry. I helped them farm andwe spent some time killing hilichurl and ...that's it lol
Just ask for fish first. A lot of people including me won't mind, but if you don't ask we definitely will kick you out. It's just rude.

i hate people who just want to come into your world to ask for something or don't even offer to help with anything , that's rude , that's when i cant kick them out of my world , i jump into the water to scare the fish away .. and you deserved those declined invites loool

I remember this fever with Baal. Everytime I saw Baal I was like you can take them all, I dont need them. But if anyone joined and started to go around my world without sayin anything I just kicked them. You know its polite to ask and if you are Just gonna come and steal without asking then bye bye.

The reason why they aren't in Inazuma is probably because they didn't finish the quest with Beidou and Kazuha :')
I needed the last couple of fish for The Catch. I only joined 1 world, and I asked if i could have them. They were so chill and even changed the time in their world, so i could grab them rq. I'll never forget how much of a homie that person was.
Honestly- Be glad they lowered the level requirements. Im AR 55 and I had to wait like 3 days cuz the Liyue quest needed you to be AR 35 at the time. Then I had to wait like 5 months for Inazuma to come ;-;
Why not just ask dude…
Simply because if I uploaded a video of me going into worlds asking if I could fish, then receiving a "yes" or "no", that would be a very boring video to watch.
The whole idea was that I was trying to sneak/speedrun my way to fish, thus adding some kind of intrigue.
Though if that is your concern, then rest assured, if I'm going to other players' worlds to gather resources (outside of this video) I do ask first, and most of the time also help them with bosses/whatever they're up to. Usually ends in us adding each other as friends too lol

I'd recommend simply asking if you can take whatever you need politely, if I don't need the item then I'll always let someone take it.

Don't overthink it. I got to Inazuma on a brand new account after just about 3-4 days of playing.
Level your best characters + weapons, power up some artifacts, and remember that elemental reactions are your friend. 👍🏼

I love coop but for some reason 9/10 of the players in the western server only speak spanish and only like 1/4 of the remainder speak english. There are so many fun hijinks you can get up to, even doing domains at 0 resin can be fun if it's with a coop partner and not just wasting time by yourself.
Also I had a teacher once who told the class we could talk in class because she read a study that found that the majority of the useful information students learned in school was learned from other students, not from the teachers. Perfectly reflects how people don't read Genshin's long dry difficult-to-parse tutorials and also don't experiment much beyond their initial assumptions, but end up learning the same info from other players just demonstrating or explaining it much more simply.

I use baal as my pfp and the only people that have ever accepted my are Russians and people I have on my friend list since they joined me, however I did manage to get the catch 4 weeks after I decided to build raiden shogun and its still at r1 since I am not grinding for the puffer fish

I just asked people nicely if I could take their fish and no one had a problem with it. Most people aren't working on getting the catch right when you are, either they've already finished it or they aren't ready to tackle that ridiculous amount of fishing.
What bothers me most is how every single time he goes to the map I see that spiral abyss hasn't been started ;-;

As an average Co-op player I have learned to just try to join everyone on the list of people, if they don’t accept right away they will probably decline.
I liked joining worlds and helping people but my laptop and wifi sucks and I keep reconnecting so I sadly just stayed in my world ._.
It's shame how many people will go into your world, rudely make demands or get unnecessarily angry, if you don't have a specific boss unlocked. Definitely appreciate the people who say hello first and say what they need in the world.

I find the co-op requests go too fast and usually people try and join when I'm busy. Like almost every time. So I bet they get timeouts all the time from me....
played co-op with someone above AR40 who had barely even unlocked any of liyue a couple days ago

So in short, always invite others to your world during day time (or set the clock)

So while I've played my fair share of Gacha strategy games, there's still so much about Genshin that I need to learn. But yes, I don't have much of a life outside of my computer for now lol

Why did it not spawn an electro abyss mage near the angelfish fishing spot..... I hated it when that happened to me at first... I killed it... Not it doesn't spawn anymore
I had that in my world, (and it does respawn after a couple days) but only 1 other person had that during the process for me. Not sure why sometimes it wasn't there when they clearly never went to that area...

the game success despite its lacklustre content just shows that in terms of characters they got the community by the balls .. people have spend so much time and or money getting and upgrading them despite the fact there is nothing to do with those max out 5 stars , i for one would invest alot more time and maybe even resources if i could log into to genshin talk to people on my friends list and go beat mission together and talk about team comps and stuff,. dafuq do i look like farming primos half a year or spend over 150 euros to have 80 summon or whatever it is just so i can once amonth do the abyss the only end game or 10 min adays doing dailies and lets be honest no one does abyss for fun its to get the primos u need and keep it moving .. its a shame its such a miss i feel cuz the character part is awesome everything else is just pointless waste of time.. new region comes out u quickly knock out all the quest cuz they dont challenge ur mechanical skill neither do they test ur intellectual strenght nor do they touch u on a emotional level in any sense of the word and so u just skip dialog to not waste time ..all they test is ur patience to not fall asleep as the endless waves of texts keep bombarding u. i dont mind reading alot but i do mind reading alot of shit pointless talk which is all this game has the dialog is so bland and basic one wonders why even bother .
if they just use a tiny bit of the billions theyy made with banners to give us some content to keep coming back to it with proper co op experience that allows for a actual play session other than 10 min of pointless daily commission a new born baby could do it u hand them a keyboard and mouse. heck add modding in the game and let pc guys do it for them some of the most fun i ever had gaming was playying modes with people that other people made. whales cant even brag about things either yh its dope u have all the character r5 c6 max out but what do u do with them if anything its like shooting yourself in the foot cuz now u have these max out characters that can one shot everything and so the result is that u knock out the little content u can do every day even quicker and can spend even less time playing.,, its like that meme where the guy uses a he-man sword to cuts his toast bread or the rich kid that convince his parrents to buy a fully custumizes over 5k gaming pc with best specs to play .. minecraft... idk on and on its such a miss cuz other games are full or content that is not arguably the best but u can atleast always play always chase after something but they are usually severely lacking in proper characters that people genuinely like. if players invest so much when the game is this dead then imagine if it was full of life and content.. but iguess thats why im not a developer in our day and age my plan dont involve f-ing people in the anus whilst takiung there money and laughing at them cuz apparently thats the only thing devs do nowadays
