As a fellow Slav i can say Iain said Slavoj the correct way, English is one of the rare languages where the J letter produces the "Jay" sound, slavs have a very soft J like in the way you would read Y, so for English speaking fans it's Slavoy, Krizo also his name is actually Križo but i am not gonna try to explain that haha like Miloš has the Š which is distinct for slavic langugages
It's cool to see the detailed critiques, because as a bodybuilding fan for decades, I still don't have that critical eye to say exactly what's off. It's more of just a general, "this guy looks better but I'm not sure exactly why."

I generally hate forced adverts, but it’s business, and no matter what, you guys, no matter whose on, Paul and Fouad in particular just make it so real and authentic, other podcasts just can’t live up to this🎉 - sounds harsh to start but i generally just love listening to guys I end up skipping the ads🤣

Full Blood Count Haemoglobin and Haemocrit came back too high, have done a blood let and feel 18 again!

Having a champion as complete as hadi he’s going to be very hard to beat especially because everyone close to him you can pick out what they need. Hadi had no weaknesses and gets in amazing condition he’s gonna be hard to take out. I think Nick is gonna be in for a real problem this year his structure was very exposed at the Arnold for the first time and as Andrew Samson Derek hadi are all in his way he’s gonna have a uphill battle unfortunately. Even hunter if he nails it I think he passes Nick
