Just split a simulation calculation into two threads: one is invisible (no need to render) and wokrs backround uses an all availaible cpu capacity and the other simulates as usual with render BUT it takes a current best specimen from the hidden thread.

You should make it so that more of the sprite's colors are indicating their biases. I.E. hair color shows the braking bias. And the car color shows the gas bias. if that makes any sense. Anyways, awesome work.
