Hello Madhu Garu, I have experience in cooking but never actually tried making exotic dishes, I always used to lend a helping hand to my mother with making coffee, cutting vegetables, putting rice in cooker etc etc, But in this lockdown, I have completely taken over the kitchen and have been making some mouth watering and exotic dishes. I am a big fan of our telugu cuisine and in one of our whatsapp group someone mentioned pappu charu and I immediately screen through youtube for a recipe, I browsed through the usual channels, but I found yours for the first time and wanted to try. First things first, I loved the presentation and the way the entire recipe was explained along with some nostalgic moments, welldone!!! Coming to the actual recipe, it turned out great, Finger licking good I must say. My mom used to put a little bit of Jaggeryin pappu charu which makes it very delicious, but my Gujarati wife does not like Jaggery, so I refrained from using it and I can proudly say that this was one of the best bowl of Pappu Charu i have eaten inmy life. followed recipe exactly but just before long boil for 20 min, added 2 tsp jaggery and after turning off stove added 2 tsp coriander chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp grated coconut.
