These types of people really invest sites domains to make some sort of profit thinking domains are mainstream...... The only mainstream buyers they'd face would be self made domian programmers, content creators or top brands but how I see it in today's generations domain names aren't really getting "mainstream" since most people depend on bigger domains...... Also on spot names don't make people visit your website it all depends on your community following not your money earnings.... You brokers at godaddy looks soyboy

I have a Domain for a community college, its .com instead of EDU. How can I contact the college and offer the domain to them for sale?
I would say create a wordpress site for that college, then ask them that they can take over it for a fair price.
