Essentially a scientist was trying to create life out of nothing and thought he failed and created a blob that did nothing so he threw it out his window into the bin, the next day the blob awoke and saw a woman getting robbed so he jumped on the guys head to suffocate him lol gradually as the comics went on he grew arms and legs and became a superhero and in one issue he met his creator. It was the best.
