Stone cold getting injured. The car run over scene. Rikishi turning heel . HHH babyface heel turn on stone cold . HHH injured . Comming back to wrestle Y2J . Stone cold heel turn . All because of the Stone cold injury.
The one thing I didn't agree in the video about that part was when they said WWE would have not found their next top guy...the truth is that WWE/Vince always find their next top guy regardless who it was
It also would've resulted in British Bulldog and Jim Neidhart from leaving for WCW too, while in WCW Bulldog injured his back which made his drug habits worse. So potentially it would've resulted in Owen still being alive, and maybe Bulldog living longer than he did. Its crazy to think about
@@Mike33422 No That Spot Would Not Even Happend Because Vince did The Blue Blazer Gimmick As Revenge to Bret So If Bret wouldnt have left Owen Would Still Be Alive
The Jericho/KO one doesn’t even take into account Vince pissing off Jericho let him go to NJPW and have a match with omega. Which in turn sparked Tony Kahn’s interest in starting a wrestling promotion and also sparked interest for All In 1.
Nia Jax not breaking Becky Lynch nose Daniel Bryan not losing in 18 seconds at mania to shameus Austin not breaking his neck or Owen not doing that spot that ended his life
Owens vs. Jericho should’ve been for the Universal Championship at WM33. I honestly would’ve had Bray win the Rumble, Orton win the WWE title in the Chamber, & somehow add Luke Harper to their match to make it a triple threat with Bray winning in the end. Meanwhile Jericho puts his WWE career on the line for a shot at KO & I’d honestly have Owens end his WWE run for heat because Jericho didn’t really do much in WWE after The List gimmick.
How different would the entire wrestling industry be if the whole pandemic never happened? That situation forced everyone to make a lot of adjustments, some of which ended up working out well.
The craziest butterfly effect for me would still be the multiple times where wrestlers narrowly escaped a life threatening accident, like that one instance where Rollins almost got impaled during a steel cage match
My favorite recent butterfly effect was Sami Zayn in the bloodline. It was only supposed to last a few weeks amd then they were gonna turn on him and Kevin would come to the rescue. But I think Kevin got injured so they had to postpone til he was better but in that time Sami got way over. If Kevin never got injured we wouldn't have gotten Sami Uso and that emotional section of story telling.
Great vid as always. One butterfly effect that comer to mind is what if Vince Sr. never sells to Vince Jr. Are there still territory wrestling companies? What happens to Hogan?
If Finn didn't get injured at Summer Slam, I wouldn't have been able to witness and record KO winning the Universal Championship live in the Toyota Center.
The Curtain Call; if that never happens Stone Cold doesnt win KOTR and he doesnt birth Austin 3:16, if the curtain doesnt happen, HHH doesnt become The Game in 1999 referencing his bookin after may 1996 HBK losing his smile in 1997,Bcuz from that we got 2 things; austin vs bret and Sid pooping his pants vs Undertaker.
Scott Hall and Kevin Nash made an huge impact in wrestling by signing to WCW, if that didn't happen, we didn't get Monday night war, we didn't get to see the attitude era, no Hogan turning heel, no 80+ weeks success in WCW with bishoff, basically wrestling would be dead at that point
Or what if? Hogan stayed out of wrestling when he left but the attitude era still happened the world would have been a better place cause no hogan. Cause NWO would still happen they would just pick who they were originally gonna pick instead of hogan
No...People forget Hulk Hogan and Vince screwing Yokozuna...The Bret Hart vs Yokozua match at Mania, giving Yokozu a second match against Hogan losing in minute's. What if that never happen???
Here's another possible side-effect to Bret staying: Owen Hart very likely doesn't die that night at Over the Edge 1999, because his storyline would likely still be tied to Bret/Hart Foundation and there would never have been a need to revive the Blue Blazer and go up to the rafters that night.
I don’t know about cause wcw wasn’t the only programme at that time there was also ECW which wwe took a lot of ideas and inspiration from. So the attitude era would’ve still happened but in a different circumstance
Only 6 people beat Roman during his historic title reign: - Kevin Owens & Otis - DQ loss (w/ Jey Uso) - Seth Rollins - DQ loss - COVID - The Usos - Bloodline Civil War (w/ Solo Sikoa) - Cody Rhodes
It's weird how far you can stretch a butterfly effect, for example if Hall and Nash resigned in 1996 then Cody Rhodes we see today probably never would have had been. Like I said a stretch but let me explain Hall and Nash leaving lead to the birth of the nWo, the nWo was the one of the main inspirations behind the Bullet Club, without Bullet club, Cody would have probably never adopted the American Nightmare persona and AEW would have likely never been formed, which lead to his major return back to WWE.
I have one although it's outside of wwe. What if Prince Devitt (Finn Balor) never formed bullet club? That elevated not only himself but elevated people like Kenny Omega, the bucks, hangman, even Cody. And if those guys hadn't been elevated by the club, i don't think AEW would exist today. I don't know if they would have started it just around Cody, and besides, the club elevated him too so you never know. He probably would've been big without it, but being in AEW was part of his whole story to get back to wwe and finish the story, so what if without BC Cody never finishes the story? That part is the more ratty one but my main conclusion is if Finn Balor hadn't formed BC, I don't think AEW would exist.
A big one I think got left out: What if Cody Rhodes is allowed to drop the Stardust character in 2016 like he had asked to do? Apparently he spent about 6 months going to Vince and asking to just be Cody Rhodes again until he got fed up and requested his release. Of the group of guys that came together to launch AEW, he was by far the best diplomat - better even than Tony Khan himself. What if he's still with WWE or gets released later and is still rebuilding his name on the indies and not in a position to be part of that founding circles? What if his last memory on-screen with his dad wasn't as Stardust and it's a pleasant one instead of one that made him angry and gave him a chip on his shoulder? What does all of that do to AEW? And did Cody need that time away to become the star that he's become? What if he sticks around and that never happens? (What happens to ROH? Does Tony Khan just wait and buy them out instead of just starting his own promotion?)
What if..🤔besides mentioned here.. Well what if Brock doesn’t break the streak and instead Bray does in the next years Mania? What if Cody Rhodes never leaves but instead is switched back from Stardust to being babyface Cody, do we get the Dustin vs Cody from DoN 2019 at Mania instead of what wwe gave them to work with? What if Heyman never goes to Roman with the bloodline idea? What if Edge never returns like he did and we don’t get the Judgement Day formation? What if Vince stuff would never see the light of day-the Janel Grant case never happened? What if Nia never broke Becky’s nose or Charlotte didn’t get injured? What if Roman would not be Vince’s “kiss ass” golden boy and never pushed like he was? There’s a lot of “What if” moments that we can even go back to like the 80s- what if Dusty Rhodes agrees to Vince’s offer and takes the place of Hulk Hogan in wwf as a face of the company and in the first Wrestlemania? We can go forward in time to likes of What if Vince’s takeovers don’t succeed and territories never die? What if ECW never bankrupts? Or go even further back- to the roots like.. What if Harry Ekizian (Ali Baba) never debuts 1918, would there be another person to introduce a “gimmick” to the game or would wrestlers go by their own names? What if Mildred Burke never debuted back in 1935? (the woman who was one of the firsts pro wrestlers ever and became the first woman’s champion by proving herself wrestling men at carnivals and getting help from promoter Billy Wolfe, with whom she quickly rose to the top and held her championship title for nearly twenty years)-where would women’s wrestling be now or even if there would be women’s wrestling today? …this would make an interesting series with a lot of history changing twists..

@ main man doesn’t have to be a “super” babyface. Shawn was their main man one of the best heel in WWE, the Rock, their main man before Cena, best moments were as a heel, so as many other greats like Edge, Lesnar, Undertaker etc
I didn’t care about Jericho vs Owens at all
If u think aew was created by Vince
So Roman’s run is a Micky Mouse Run 👀😂 smh we doing respect Micky runs
Thought I’d never say this but now I wish punk would have never left cuz then we wouldn’t have had that garbage Daniel Bryan stuff
I actually wanted that triple threat evolution match, it sounded amazing and had the story to make it legendary
Damn what about if chris hero was in the sheild and not roman. That would've been awful
What if Big E joined the shield
It would have flopped
@@SS-tg8lfwe didn’t know how much personality E really had back then since he was presented as a big serious guy that like didn’t talk. It would’ve looked weird for sure but would’ve still been a threat. If they had E & they break up 2 years later & everyone goes solo then it would’ve been harder on E since he would’ve still been presented as a big monster that didn’t talk. New Day made big E & big E made the new day. New day showed us great of a guy E is, the energy he has & brings, his personality & his mic skills
Sorry but this is pointless video and it screams mark from wrestlelamia video about what ifs really?
