Imagine talking about numbers against talent and hard work. Rita Dominic hasn't even been in the spotlight in a while now. When these people were busy paying their dues, where were your talents, then. When marketers were exploiting them, where were you people, when some of them had to sleep to the male producers to prove their talent where were you people, when most of them were banned from production because they requested for higher pay. Now you're talking about numbers?. There are other factors to Nigeria success and that is grabbing opportunities. Nigeria blew up more during the covid 19. Content creation, youtube channel, so it's more of an opportunity than numbers.

This lady will never break into the nigerian industry, one thing i know is that Nigerians support their own. U dont have to be their own by blood but by mindset, u need to love them for them to reciprocate the love and lift u up.
And this kind of mindset, madam u wont break into their industry.
I think u should collaborate with another country.

One thing I believe the Cameroons should do is to have the "Nigerian mindset", if ur mindset to copy and come back, u will not break into their industry. U need to accept them and forget about this rivalry, so they will see u as one of them, when they see u as part of them, they will support u full hearted.
Like davido said, we rise by lifting others, if ur have a funny motive, you won't rise there.
There is nothing wrong if they dominate ur market, it will give them the impression that they are welcomed in ur home.
If you doubt it, ask Ghanaian movie industry why they fell.
This lady will never break into the nigerian industry.

Vicky Fokala is very economical with the truth... 🇨🇲 entertainment has a big distribution problem. 🇨🇲Film makers are trying to figure out how to recoup their investments. Cameroon don't have cinemas 📽️ and can not go back to DVDs because of piracy, streaming is expensive and internet connectivity is low, 🇨🇲 is in a dilemma. So CY talking down on film-makers and pretending he had a good advice for them, he was actually talking "rubbish" 😤😡

Darling might have misinterpreted what your guest the gentleman said about USA and Canada. I listened to the interview and what he was saying was that Canada has a vibrant movie industry but the size of USA movie industry makes the canadian industry appear smaller than it is. The word swallow in the context of his statement was only an hyperbole.
